Answer:	Wooow. That's crazy. I honestly don't know about the bulb. Ask the seller. I would probably just buy another pair. At 2 for 20 you can't beat it

Answer:	I have purchased both the halogen and the LED versions of this exact same light. I purchased the LEDs because of how hot the halogens would get. The LED lights have absolutely no problem with heat and have a stronger and whiter light than halogens. You will not be disappointed. The only problem is that the company sends them in a flat rate USPS bubble wrap envelope. The first set I ordered didn't work because of the packaging. Hopefully they start using a cardboard box in the future.

Answer:	My backdrops are bent from being shipped. The backdrops are shaped basically the same as the back and the bottom of the box. I place the backdrop in so the bend is towards me and the ends are in the tabs. Then I push the bend section into the corner. This creates some force against the tabs and is held in place.

Answer:	The 24in collapsible box in the bag with all the extras is about 11inx11in and can be squeezed down to 2.5in-3in in depth.

Answer:	You need outside lights. The point of the tent is to allow lighting from without to pass through in a way that does not create shadows. If properly lit you don't even need your camera flash.
Question:	HOw did you get the wrinkles out of your backdrops? Would the dryer ruin them
Answer:	Here's what I finally did, my dryer has a Steam setting on it. I put it through the Stem Fresh about 3-4 times with High Heat (my steam setting high heat doesn't get THAT hot). Wrinkles are coming out.
Question:	How do you fold this back into the case
Answer:	1- Fold the tent flat. 2- With your right hand grab the lower right corner. This is a normal grip. Your thumb will be on the front side of the tent and four fingers on the back side. 3- With your left hand grab the top left corner. This is an upside down grip. Your fingers will be on the front side and your thumb on the back side. (Imagine a steering wheel but instead of a normal grip you turn your hand upside down and grab the inside of the wheel at 10 o' clock) 4- Twist outward with your left hand and inward with your right while bringing your fists together into the center. 5- With practice you'll get it right.

Answer:	Do you have the light turned all the way up? Close one of the 1/2 flaps where you shoot from so the light will reflect back on your product. If this does not work, change your camera settings.

Answer:	Hi - In the upper right and left corners there are two velcro triangles that attach to the back of each backdrop that also has velcro. It stays in place pretty well. Answer:	That totally depends on the material weight you are suspending from it. This system is far from professional status, and barely qualifies for novice grade. My recommendation is to use it as is. If you have a need for wider backdrops, just purchase the higher grade units, you will be happy you did.
Question:	We generally take photos without a light box and send them out to be cleaned. Do you still need to send the photos out for cleaning with this
Answer:	No idea but the cross bars and background system on this is not great
Question:	Would a adult male rabbit or guinea pig fit in this
Answer:	Yes. It comes with 4 bulbs.
Question:	will i be able to put my head in instead of an object
Answer:	Keep in mind that you can use the soft box OR the umbrella light reflector. See the umbrella in picture? That's when the pole is used. When the soft box is used, the pole goes trough a hole in the middle of the white cover and just kinda sticks out. Hope that helps.

Question:	Can you fit it all, including lighting into the carrying case
Answer:	There is no need to darken the room, but you may need an additional light on top to eliminate shadows. I picked up an LED puck light( small flashlight the size of a hockey puck) that I use. This helped greatly.
Question:	Is the back drop stand adjustable
Answer:	In order to get a clean white background, I had to clean my photos for sure. I could white balance on the background, but then it blows out my foreground. Also the lights for this kit are not that strong, as you can see in most of these reviews with photos, the backgrounds come out grey. However the foreground lighting looks nice. You can see the results posted in the review "Light Box Photo studio shootout!" which compares three different light boxes.
Question:	This is confusing, can you use all four lights at the same time, both soft boxes and both umbrellas lit at the same time
Answer:	I think a guinea pig would fit, a rabbit would if the ears were down. :)
