Answer:	Hold base (thicker/legged pipe) and twist extension (thinner pipe attached to light) counterclockwise to unlock then extend it and twist clockwise to lock. No need to fully extend it to lock it (it locks in any position).

Multifunctional

The silver side is very reflective and brightens both shadows and highlights but does not change the color of the available light.

The gold side side works basically the same way while adding a warmer color to the image.

Answer:	Yes. I use them with a green screen. I place them on either side of me to provide a full light for me and the screen. The small tripods are high enough for a seated position.

Answer:	(3.5”W, 5”L) they’re both adjustable and exactly the same. They’re really bright too so in my opinion it’s so worth it

Answer:	The specs say up to 15W may be needed per light. 5v x 2.1a is 10.5W so it sounds like it will have issues at full brightness. My existing dual USB (not sure what its spec was) would flicker when I had two plugged in and turned to full brightness. Like another respondent, I left one on that USB outlet and move the other to another spare USB port.

Answer:	I'm using these with the Newer photo tent right now and I like them. Two are not really enough though, I have this set, plus the Neewer set which are a little taller, and an overhead light to remove shadows. The good thing is that there is no worries of melting the tent with these lights.

Answer:	Check out YouTube for a variety of antenna mods. You can just make one on the transmitter using an old/used 2.4ghz antenna from a router. Another way is to change the antenna to a 1/2 wave configuration by doubling the length of the antenna in the transmitter to 62.5mm but you have to do the same to the one in the quad. Either mod is not difficult and will make a huge difference in effective range. You don't want to get too crazy, you are just building in more capability to help fly it more safely. It is not a contest to see how far you can fly it before it loses control. Be a responsible hobbyist.
