| Answer: | My router supports both 5G and 2.4G (dual band) and I couldn't get the camera to connect until I went into the router properties through a web browser (check your router's owners guide for the IP address) and disabled the 5G option. I then pushed the reset button on the bulb with a paper clip and It then connected right away. I turned the 5G back on the next day and the camera still stays connected. |
