Answer:	They are cloth, but they are see through. if you are setting it up in front of a widow or somewhere with lighting, it will be very noticeable and obvious in your pictures unless you put extra padding and cloth behind it to hide the light.

Answer:	The lights were stand alone continuous lights. Did not connect with camera, we just plugged them into an outlet for power.
Question:	does it include 2 white umbrellas and 2 black ones or just one of each? BTW what's the difference between the two
Answer:	The white opaque ones are to provide soft light while the reflective ones usually are used as fill lights with a much harder light. You can see more detail in the models face if you dont use soft light.

Answer:	I have been using multiple different lights with this set also it comes with light bulbs. The same ones you mentioned if im not mistaken.

The measurements here are one end of the bar to the other end. The space for a backdrop will be a few inches less (approximately 4" less for each setup). The tripod stand for the backdrop will stick out past the bars, so you will need a little extra space for that.

Answer:	My backdrops are bent from being shipped. The backdrops are shaped basically the same as the back and the bottom of the box. I place the backdrop in so the bend is towards me and the ends are in the tabs. Then I push the bend section into the corner. This creates some force against the tabs and is held in place.

Answer:	Hi, Good morning, You can use higher wattage light bulbs up to 85W. As long as they are E26/E27 screw socket based compact fluorescent or LED, then most of them should be fine, but you will have to check on the color temperature of the light bulbs because most of them in the stores are lower color temperature ones in 2700K to 3200K range. Answer:	Hi, Good morning, The softbox should not blew up. Do you meant the light holder or the light bulb? Also, we noticed that FBA had shipped such kit to many other countries, therefore, we would like to know are you using this kit in the United States or somewhere else? Because the light bulbs are for 110V only, if you attempt to use them in 220V~240V, they will not function. In those cases, you will need to get voltage transformer(s) or 220V~240V light bulbs. Question:	How do I remove the wrinkles from the backdrops? It’s ruining my production at the moment
Answer:	Hi, Good morning, You can wash and iron the backdrops at low temperature. If you are uncertain the effect of the low temperature ironing, would suggest that you try it with a small corner of the backdrop first before doing so on the whole backdrop so that would minimize the chance of the whole backdrop being affected if something goes wrong. Question:	What is the size of Neewer 24' or 32 inch soft box when closed? I want to know if it will fit in my travel bag
Answer:	The 24in collapsible box in the bag with all the extras is about 11inx11in and can be squeezed down to 2.5in-3in in depth.
Question:	Do you think a camera flash is sufficent or should I purchase some small lights
Answer:	You need outside lights. The point of the tent is to allow lighting from without to pass through in a way that does not create shadows. If properly lit you don't even need your camera flash.
Question:	HOw did you get the wrinkles out of your backdrops? Would the dryer ruin them
Answer:	Here's what I finally did, my dryer has a Steam setting on it. I put it through the Stem Fresh about 3-4 times with High Heat (my steam setting high heat doesn't get THAT hot). Wrinkles are coming out.
Question:	How do you fold this back into the case
Answer:	1- Fold the tent flat. 2- With your right hand grab the lower right corner. This is a normal grip. Your thumb will be on the front side of the tent and four fingers on the back side. 3- With your left hand grab the top left corner. This is an upside down grip. Your fingers will be on the front side and your thumb on the back side. (Imagine a steering wheel but instead of a normal grip you turn your hand upside down and grab the inside of the wheel at 10 o' clock) 4- Twist outward with your left hand and inward with your right while bringing your fists together into the center. 5- With practice you'll get it right.

Answer:	Actually, we show these are currently weighing in at 3 lbs each (6 lbs total for the set).

Answer:	By my measurements, they are actually a hair over 7.5 inches from the felt-covered bottom of the base to the top of the arch on back. (The bottom itself is about 7/8" thick, felt included.) It's about 4-1/8" wide and 4.5" deep, using the same T-square ruler. The snout and horns of the dragon head itself are no wider, deeper, or higher than the arched back and base; if you have room for the above dimensions, in other words, the dragon will be fine.
