| Answer: | Did you take your case off your phone? If you haven't thats probably the problem. These lenses have to be flush with your phone in order to work. I have another one of these by a different company and it has to be done the same way. If its still blurry after you take the case off then try pressing your finger to the middle of your picture. That sometimes will make your camera refocus and come in clearer. Also if you're using the macro (up close lens) then you have to get really close to the object youre taking a picture of (like an inch or less) for it to come in clear. It's designed that way so you can get up close pictures with minute details. |
