Question:	what is the fastest shutter speed this can achieve
Answer:	250 TTL Sync speed. I did some extensive research on these cheaper ring lights in comparison to say, the Nikon model. This model for the price, met my demands, in particular the TTL support and the 250 sync speed. I use it on my Nikon D7100 mostly with my Nikkor f2.8 105mm macro lens and it works quite nice.

Answer:	I have no facilities to produce a video. But the procedure is simple, at least for the TTL mode (which is what I mostly use): 1. Press the MODE button as many times as need to see TTL on the screen (this is obvious). 2. Press and release the center of the dial on the back of the control unit. There should appear on the screen a blinking signed number, such as "+0" 3. Turn the dial to set the number of stops, from "-3" (reduced brightness) to "+3" (increased brightness), in increments of 1/3 of a stop. This setting is preserved when the flash is turned off and on.

Answer:	The Canon Speedlite 420EX Flash works very well with my Canon Rebel XT. Check an on-line manual for the Speedlite 420EX. The hard copy I have says it works for Rebel XSN. Is that the same as your camera? The features available with Speedlite 420EX depend on the EOS camera.

Answer:	There is a side plug for power but the power cord is not included.

Answer:	Yes. It doesn't work with some T7 because some early T7 didn't have the center pin in the hotshoe. T6 and newer T7 with the center pin will work
Question:	Why does it turn my pictures white on my sony a
Answer:	The Sony A7 has an advertised flash sync speed of 1/250 of a second. I don't own one but I've seen posts suggesting that some folks struggle to get it above 1/60th of a second. So when you use your flash, your camera may be forcing the shutter speed down to the maximum flash sync speed (1/250th or 1/60th of a second) WITHOUT OTHERWISE ADJUSTING YOUR EXPOSURE. So, say you're shooting outside on an overcast day and you want to use a fill flash. Without a flash maybe you'd be shooting at 1/1000th of a second or faster. With the flash you'd expect to shoot FASTER but, because of the slower flash sync, you're shooting slower. That slower speed means more light and that gives you a white image. To compensate, either use a filter to dim the entire scene or look into a camera with a faster flash sync speed. Unfortunately, faster is more expensive.
Question:	Can this flash be fired by the Canon 60D internal flash control off camera
Answer:	Yes. The 60D uses the Canon E-TTL flash system which fires a pre-flash to test exposure. You can set the TT560 to ignore this pre-flash. You won't get flash metering control via the camera, but it can trigger these flashes off camera. However, my own testing shows this flash only outputs 40% of the claimed power, so be aware of that issue as well.
