Answer:	Prime shipping is 2 days after it leaves the warehouse. Amazon used to be really good about pulling your order the same day you placed it, but that has changed. Part of the delay to ship is because they use 3rd party vendors and the items aren't actually sitting in an Amazon warehouse.

Question:	Is it all plastic, does it feel "cheap
Answer:	"Cheap" isn't quite the word. The hard plastic construction has an obviously plasticky feel to it. However, it also FEELS SOLIDLY BUILT. Mine has been dropped several times and still works. Plastic seems like an appropriate material for this application, as the camera is bulky and could be quite heavy if more metal was used.

Answer:	I'm not familiar with the 8 or the others. Mine has been dropped at least 4 times without any marks (fumbled to tiled bar floor & sidewalk). The different shooting selections are nice & simple to go through. Battery life is long & film is better than I expected in different lighting. I'm in my 40s & didn't want to look like I was carting a toy around. The classic look was appealing, the good quality was beyond my expectations.

Answer:	The bottom has some stiffener (thin cardboard?) sewn into bottom canvas, under inside liner. It is a little too saggy in my opinion, but is suitably matched to the unstructured style of the bag. I cut a piece of foam core poster board to 19x9 inches and placed it in the bottom before packing. That provides good rigidity with little compromise in weight or volume.

Answer:	Not sure what jaxpilot thinks is "waxed canvas" (not sure what you think it is) - so to be clear - so far as I can tell, there is no coating applied to this bag - wax or otherwise - it is just canvas. Having said that, there are a variety of non staining weatherproofing coatings you could apply - but if you set this in the rain without applying something, it and the inside will get wet. I have a very nice waxed canvas coat I use, that repells water, so at least in this regard, this is not waxed like that jacket. Having said all of that, however, the bag should work as a 2-3 day carry on duffel, if you are good at packing and going to someplace warm and you are not planning to go camping with it and get it wet. I have used it as my primary "over the weekend" bag and its just large enough. It seems well constructed, but only time will tell.
