Based on 3 reviews Check latest price

Product description

Sometimes you need more than a simple adapter to mount a lens onto a camera - you need real power. Seize control over the electronic features of your lenses with a FUSION lens adapter. The FUSION technology built into the adapter enables electronic communication between mixed lens and camera platforms. FUSION adapters enable auto focus, aperture control, image stabilization, and more. Different lenses may exhibit different operating characteristics depending on lens age and manufacturer, we recommend testing individual lenses in your setup before critical shoots.

The Vizelex ND Throttle is well known for having a built-in variable neutral density filter that offers 1 to 8 stops of light reduction. This concept in adapters has been praised by film makers and now Fotodiox has optimized the adapter for that same crowd. The new Vizelex Cine ND Throttle now feature a geared rotating ring for more precise ND selections and can be used with follow focus accessories.

Fotodiox adapters are manufactured with precise tolerances, providing a solid, gap free, no wiggle connection for stress free use with chrome plated brass mounts for enhanced durability and reliability.

Compatible Cameras

Fujifilm G-Mount Mirrorless Cameras: GFX 50S, GFX 50R, GFX 100

Note:

While EF-S lenses can be mounted and will work, they are not recommended due to the nature of the APS-C crop factor of the lens on the larger GFX format, vignetting will be unavoidable.

Some lenses will have slow auto focus, or no auto focus at all. (especially third party lenses)

Longer focal length lenses tend to have more issues with auto focus with the auto adapter.

Framed scenes are automatically detected and selected into appropriate camera settings: Portrait, Landscape, Night, Macro, Night Portrait, and Backlit Portrait.

  • Portrait: Recognizes portraits by detecting the faces quickly in the frame and optimizing focus, brightness and white balance.
  • Landscape: Scenic shots such as mountains and buildings are automatically recognized. Colors of the sky, forests, and flower fields are captured in vivid colors and depth.
  • Night: For low-light and night-time scenarios, shutter speed and sensitivity are automatically adjusted, producing blur-free pictures with minimal noise.
  • Macro: Macro mode sets the focusing position of the details of small flowers or tiny subjects accurately.
  • Night Portrait: When photographing people at night or in low light, SR AUTO optimizes flash range, shutter speed, and exposure of the portraits, while capturing smooth and luminous background.
  • Backlit Portrait: Optimizes brightness of the faces that usually end up in shadow and underexposure caused by the light behind.
Face Detection

Face Detection optimizes people pictures by detecting faces and adjusting focus and exposure to ensure bright, clear results.

Red-eye Removal in Detected Faces

Red-eye removal automatically detects and corrects flash reflection for a perfect end result.

Instantly Detect up to 10 Faces

The Face Detection can simultaneously recognizes up to 10 faces in a photo. Share your group portraits using the Zoom Up function in playbacks, checking each detected face. Each priceless expression can be cropped and saved in clear high resolution results.

Blink Detection

The camera will warn you when people in the frame are blinking, giving you the option to retake the photo, or enlarge the face so you can save or delete the image before you take the next shot.

Smile & Shoot Mode

The Smile & Shoot mode of Scene Position, automatically releases the shutter when the smile appears so you won't miss the adorable smile the moment they happen.

Motion Panorama

Lets you take panorama photos as simply as 1, 2, 3! The camera automatically stitches together three consecutive shots, with simple in-frame guidance to ensure the images are aligned. The resulting image is saved to the memory card as an impressive panorama.

Natural Light and with Flash

Can't decide whether it's best to use flash? Choose this mode, press the shutter and automatically capture the same scene twice: once with high sensitivity and natural light, and the second time with Intelligent Flash. Later choose one or keep both!

Tracking Auto Focus

Keeps fast moving subjects in the frame and in focus, even when the zoom is fully extended. Great for capturing dynamic close-ups.

Instant Zoom

A function to follow moving subjects in standard wide view for easy framing at high zoom settings. With a single press of a button, the subject tracked within the selected frame on the LCD, will be captured and saved at a high zoom ratio (1.4x or 2.0x digital zoom).

Zoom Bracketing Mode

Enables three shots to be taken at the single press of the button, at varying degrees of magnification (original, 1.4x and 2.0x). This enables instant editing on the camera to choose the ideal shot, rather than having to go back to a PC to facilitate a digital crop.

User questions & answers

Question: mm lens
Answer: You can't print 3D lenticular prints from this camera. You might be able to print side by side images if you can find a third party 3D viewer software. If you happen to find this and are able to print side by side you would then need to have a stereopticon vintage type viewer to view them. You may also free view the images if have the ability to do this (not everyone does) but the images won't be magnified and may not be satisfactory to you. Your best bet is to purchase the Fuji 3D lenticular viewer. It's just like the viewer on back of the Fuji 3D camera, only much larger and is suitable for a small group of 2-3 persons. You also may be able to send away for 3D lenticular prints but they're not cheap. Check the web via Google or similar. Unfortunately, there are not many 3D digital options out there and Fuji only scratched the surface with their camera and accessories. It's ashamed really because it had a lot of potential. I would have liked to have seen a high quality Kodaslide type viewer with high resolution mini screens. Considering the R&D that they've put in it, it wouldn't have been much more of an effort and I think they would have attracted more potential buyers.
Question: How well does it perform in low light without flash
Answer: A few options weren't mentioned:The camera will automatically save a 2D Jpg along with the 3D mpo and many but not all devices can view side by side 3D avi as 2D avi. These will not be 3D.A 3D TV should workA 3D monitor should work. I got a 24" for about $250 but the drivers are sketchy and I'm not sure it works right anymore - looked great though. You can usually get 3D printed as lenticular postcards. I say this because places that do it probably come and go.I generally just use the camera back, but beware using up your battery. There was a badly rated and expensive 7" lenticular monitor available for this. I think it was 720p which is silly to view 10 megapixel images on.The other answers are very goodSpeaking of battery, the one that came with mine, and a few FUJI original I got don't hold up. Aftermarkets I got work great. One more thing: ediiting software isn't cheap, I use Cyberlink and it works fine for me. It can convert to the colored glasses formats but you lose a lot of color (almost sepia) and you need a screen that's tuned properly "or" you'll see the red/green edges that the glasses "would" filter. That's just how color filter glasses work, nothing to do with the software.Nowadays (I've had this for a few years) I pretty much think of stuff I film with this camera as archive for when 3D actually works. Until then it's still a nice camera. Cool to film family, both young and old, and know that at least I tried :D Looking at the pictures in 3D is amazing, it does something in my brain/memory. 2D photos don't compare.
Question: My son needs a camera for Photography Class that has manual controls and a standard lens, would this work
Answer: In order to view 3D picture. You need 3D player, 3D TV and 3D glasses. Transfer the file to the USB memory and play on the 3D player.
Question: Is this camera capable of taking pictures with the blurred background effect? If so, with what settings
Answer: I routinely 3D print mine into StereoPhotocards(R). You could do something similar yourself (just Google it). If you are not up to the task, Fuji offered an (extremely expensive) option to print the photos through their web site. I do not know if this is still available, but, for me at least, it was never worth it.

User questions & answers

Question: Does it have slow motion mode
Answer: Any camera that can shoot 60fps can achieve that smooth slow motion you’re looking for if you edit it in 24fps in your editing software and slow down your footage by 40%. Make sure your shutter speed is 60 at the lowest (ideally 120 or faster)
Question: I bought the G7 with 14-42mm kit lens. Images are great but there's a substantial amount of vignetting effect. Are there any solutions to this
Answer: Vignetting can naturally occur in all lenses, or can be caused or intensified due to use of external tools such as filters, filter holders and lens hoods. You did not say if you used the flash, this can sometimes throw a shadow caused by the lens hood. Also if you're trying to take pictures at the "short" end 14mm you might remove the hood to see if that helps.
Question: is this the american version
Answer: All of these should be the version sold in the US unless they say otherwise.
Question: Does the lens come with a hood
Answer: Yes, a hood is included. The manufacturer packages this model with the following accessories:*Li-ion Battery*Battery Charger*Body Cap*Hot Shoe Cover*Shoulder Strap*USB Connection Cable*AC Cable*Software DVD-ROM*Lens Hood*Lens Storage Bag*Front & Rear Lens Caps

User questions & answers

Question: My digital camera has a delay between pushing the shutter button and the photo actually being snapped. What is the response time of this camera
Answer: Yes
Question: does it come with lens cover
Answer: If you are vloging no because the screen doesn’t flip back for you to see yourself and if you want good sound no because no audio port but it’s good otherwise
Question: Is this camera good in low light situations
Answer: It's fine for nature, sunsets and landscapes. It's not good for sports, because it only shoots 3 frames per second doesn't have the best lens for sports. It would do OK for sports outside in full sun, but you might want to get the kit that has the 70-300mm lens. It will do badly at indoor sports events.
Question: Can you take close up macro shots with this camera
Answer: yes it comes with both

User questions & answers

Question: I will have to obtain a replacement for my beloved 50D. I am guessing that the batteries will not work with the 90D, but what about the lenses
Answer: Battery - 50D does not use the same battery. It uses the BP-511A, and the 90D uses the LP-E6N. Several models do use the LP-E6N, but I think in the APS-C line it's the 70D and up. For lenses - All EF and EF-S lenses will work on the 90D, same as the 50D. Anything that worked on the 50D will also work on the 90D. Some of the older lenses, mostly cheaper zooms, don't really look very good on the 32mp sensor, due to the high pixel density. If you would like more information about the 90D, you should check out the review on my profile. It covers the pros and cons, offers advice for how to use the camera, and has comparisons to several other cameras for reference. There are also sample images taken with the camera. Here is a link to the review. Be sure to check the comment section for an update to the review that Amazon will not allow me to post, for some unknown reason. https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R1K36NNGFV9ZCU/ref=cm_cr_dp_d_rvw_ttl?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B07WFQYDD5
Question: What type of tether cable can I use on the 90D the usb with not fit my older cable
Answer: It uses micro USB. Any micro USB cable is fine, it doesn't have to be a Canon cable. You phone may have come with one, depending on how old it is. One caveat, not all of these cables are made for data transfer. Sometimes cables that are included with electronic devices that are meant to be used to charge with, they do not have the connectors to use for data transfer. Be sure that it is a data transfer cable. If nothing else, they are fairly inexpensive cables, you could just buy one. Simply type "Micro USB cable" into the search and it will come up. The amazon basics will work fine. If you would like more info about the 90D, you should check out the review I have for the camera on my profile. It covers the pros and cons, offers advice for how to use the camera, and also has sample images taken with the camera. There are also comparisons to other cameras that you might have considered. Here is a link to the review. https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R1K36NNGFV9ZCU?ref=pf_ov_at_pdctrvw_srp
Question: How do l find out where this is shipped from
Answer: You can find the info about the seller under the "Add to Cart" and "Buy Now" buttons. If it is Amazon, then it will be from the nearest Amazon warehouse. If from an independent seller, then you would need to seek them out and ask them. If you would like to have more info about the 90D, you should check out the review I have on my profile. It covers the pros and cons, offers advice for how to use the camera, and also has suggestions/comparisons to other cameras. There are also sample images taken with the 90D. Here is a link to the review. https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R1K36NNGFV9ZCU?ref=pf_ov_at_pdctrvw_srp
Question: Is this a full-size sensor or cropped
Answer: Crop sensor, 1.6x crop. If you would like more information about the 90D, you should check out the review I have on my profile. It covers the pros and cons, offers advice for how to use the camera, and also has comparisons to other similar Canon models like the M6mkII, T7i/77D, 80D, and the 7DmkII. Smile and Blink Detection

In addition to Fujifilm's signature Face Detection, Fujifilm has added two fun and valuable features: Smile Detection recognizes the precise moment your subject smiles and releases the shutter only when this happens; and Blink Detection warns you if any of your subjects have blinked so that you can re-take the photo if necessary.

Fujifilm has created a new Picture Search tool which allows you to find photos quickly and easily. You can search with both digital cameras by whichever Scene Mode the photo was taken. For instance if you select 'Portrait,' you can view all photos shot in Portrait mode, or 'Macro' to see all close up shots, etc. It's a time saving feature which means that you will no longer have to waste time searching through all your photos to find the ones you are looking for.

Additional Features
Fuji FinePix digital camera highlights
  • 3.0-inch high-contrast LCD and Electronic View Finder: The FinePix S1800 is fitted with a high-contrast 230K-pixel 3.0-inch LCD and Electronic View Finder. The high-contrast LCD is a considerable benefit in bright light and means that the camera can be pitched at various shooting angles to enable framing of awkward shots, while the Electronic View Finder provides even more flexibility for the user.
  • Dual Image Stabilization: Long-zoom cameras need stabilization more than any other compact, with handshake and subject movement a particular problem in low light at telephoto range. The FinePix S1800 reduces blur to a minimum with a mechanically stabilized CCD sensor and high ISO sensitivity (to ISO 6400), so that blur is reduced to an absolute minimum.
  • Face Detection and Automatic Red-eye Removal: To provide perfectly exposed and focused portrait shots, the FinePix S1800 is fitted with Fujifilm's latest Face Detection technology which is able to track up to 10 faces simultaneously, at almost any angle to the camera. The system instantly corrects red-eye and then saves both the original and the corrected image file automatically.

User questions & answers

Question: what kind of batteries are recommended
Answer: Yes.
Question: How heavy is it?? What comes with the camera
Answer: Yes, I still have it. I only use it when I need a super zoom camera.
Question: I am trying to to set my camera, so that when I print the pics out, they have the date on the them. I have a fujifilm s 1800. Can you help me please
Answer: No.. This zoom lens is fixed and impossible to remove. So any lenses can not be changeable.
Question: Tip: using an ac adapter the camera can be powered by an optional ac adapter and dc coupler (sold separately).what is the meaning of this
Answer: When trying to take pictures of kids XF1 seems to be better - flash recycle is less than 2sec and with sony it's 5sec. With kids, indoors, I always use flash. Also, sometimes you want to zoom in/out quickly. Not possible with RX100. However, RX100 has superior LCD (better than any DSLR I've seen) and much better image quality - as a general travel cam, for shooting nature and buildings and streets in normal light it's just much more usable than XF1.Fuji cameras are for enthusiastic photographers. Auto mode on RX100 is far superior and the way it operates. Manual control on XF1 is far better to RX100.

User questions & answers

Question: does it have a flash
Answer: Jacob,We wouldn't recommend any attempt at imaging with that telescope unless you have it equipped with the optional clock drive. Even if that were the case, it has only 900mm focal length which isn't really adequate for planetary imaging. In general terms it does not make a lot of sense to add a $200 accessory to a telescope than only cost $280 to begin with. We suggest that you save your money and save up for a better telescope on a driven equatorial mount. One of the Celestron Advanced VX series telescopes would be an ideal stating place.Best Regards,Skies Unlimited LLC
Question: The manual is incorrect How do you delete all? flashing orange = charging
Answer: The max resolution is variable and depends in large part by your telescope properties, i.e., focal length etc. If Amazon does not list needed specifications - Google the model number.
Question: can you film with it? if you can, does it have good video quality
Answer: Yes, I had upgraded my new laptop to Windows 10 before I started using it. It worked just fine. The software was designed for use with Windows 7 or Vista, but when Windows is updated to new versions typically older programs will continue to work with the newer version of Windows. It might even work with Windows XP, if anyone still runs that. You may have to update the Registax and iCap programs, which are installed from the CD that comes with the camera. But, updating the software is pretty easy if you have an internet connection.
Question: Does this camera have the option to do a date stamp
Answer: It is Aptina AR0132 CMOS imaging sensor. Title is wrong!
