Question:	Can i connect this camera to my computer with a usb
Answer:	I have just purchased two of these (Elph 180). The first thing I noticed is that Canon has not improved the access door (battery/ sd card slot) in the many years since I had my first point& shoot Canon. (I have a canon rebel too - different story) The reason I am telling you this is that I urge you to buy a cable to download your shots, and clear the SD card from your camera. Every time you open and shut this little door, the weaker it becomes. Eventually you will be forced to tape the door shut to use the camera. I did this for years because I loved the camera. Finally I just got tired of it and bought the rebel. If the only time you have to open the door is to charge the battery, you will extend the usable life of the door HUGELY. As with most technology today, it's longevity depends on its weakest point. One of the two I purchased is for a 12 yr. old - I bought cables for both of us. My opinion: It's worth it because Canon still makes the best lenses.
Question:	Does this have an automatic shutoff If I forget to turn it off
Answer:	I don`t think so. But you`ll know if it`s on. When it`s on, the lens moves way out. When it`s off, it retracts, so the camera is flat. It would be very hard to forget to turn the camera off, or forget you left it on.

Answer:	We didn't have a SD card reader built into our computer so I had to buy an external card reader, but once the pictures were on the computer there was no trouble using windows 10 to do anything we did before.

Answer:	Mine did the same thing and the supplied batteries checked good. Then, I put some Duracell batteries in the camera and it came to life. The supplied batteries are probably weak. Try some new Duracell Alkalines and try it again, before you send it back.

Answer:	No it does not. You must buy your own batteries although some are included. Buy rechargeable and your own charger.

Answer:	If you are carrying camera and lenses and are talking about the laptop pocket...the laptop should fit, but not textbooks or the hydroflask. If you are talking about just carrying those things then, yes, they'd fit. But it is designed for camera gear. I really like mine...carry my dslr, several lenses, filters, flash, and my laptop. I wish they had put a mesh holder on the side for a water bottle.
Question:	Can you take 2 mega pictures so they are easy to send someone else
Answer:	It's actually got 2 straps like a normal backpack, but I think can be converted to a sling for either side

Answer:	The bag, first off is great! I use it on a weekly basis for my outdoor shoots, and so far in the year I've had it it has stood up to the abuse. There are some minor issues with the interior materials, they are a silky nylon and can tear and frey, so be gentle to minimize...but honestly..every backpack I've ever owned for any use has always needed a needle and thread at some point. Gear wise..you can fit quite a bit of equipment, but if you looking to use it as a daypack, you wouldn't get much more than compressible rain gear and small trinkets in it...if photo gear is all your needing it for, you'll be more than satisfied, especially for the cost!! No-brainer buy in my opinion. As for your original question..it is about 20" tall x 12" wide x 8" thick (give or take), my wife is 5'2" (at least she tries to convince me that) and she carries it for me on occasions if I have my hands full with the shoot, and it seems to fit her fine and is comfortable for her to wear and move in. Anyways hopefully the dissertation is helpful..sorry for the long winded answer to a simple question, but I figure the assurance in the product could be helpful! Good luck!Shawn

Answer:	I received everything it showed and a couple extra things as well. It was a great value for the price.

Answer:	The camera is sold and supplied with the appropriate SD card. Any other accessories are not within my experience.
Question:	Does it have a macro function? i'm an etsy seller and heard i should look for that for my product pictures
Answer:	It does have a macro feature. However, I find that the steps to turn it on are not easy. If the camera is left in auto mode, it will go to Macro if needed. Experimenting with this camera, I find that if you use auto mode and then take a close up at a normal distance (not Macro), I use the camera edit software to zoom in and the picture is just as good as using Macro. Thus, I do not need to change the settings to take close-ups.
