Answer:	Yes EF-S works on it. Putting an EF-S lens on means it’s no longer full frame though. It will automatically crop in 1.6x (from full frame, so it will still feel like the 35 you’re used to). Doable, but far from optimal performance of the EOS R’s sensor.

I used this to attach a Nikon D600 (1.87 lbs) with a 50mm 1.8 (.34 lbs) to the inside of my windshield. The suction cup never failed and the joints stayed in the position that I had them at. The only issue I ran into was weight distribution. There was so much weight on the end of the arm, that the whole thing swayed at the base. I decided against using a DSLR with this arm and went with a MG130U (JVC Handheld Camcorder). The JVC only weighs 11.3 oz and is perfectly supported by this arm. I wouldn't go much heavier than that.

By placing distance between your camera body and lens, focusing distance is shortened and the magnifying effect of your subject is created. Macro tubes increase the lens-to-sensor distance, allowing for closer focusing than what is normally allowed by the lens itself. The greater the length of the extension tube, the closer the lens can focus. This means you can now get macro performance without needing to switch to a specialized lens and you will retain all the normal benefits of your optic when the macro function is not in use.



The camera mount coupling adapter and lens mount coupling adapter can be used independently of the extension tubes or you can add in the tubes for extreme macro photography. Because no other optical components are added with this kit, the image preserves the original optical properties of the lens. Answer:	Yes, that lens has a 52mm diameter. It's the same lens I use with it.Edit... I have the 50mm f/1.8D AF lens. Should still work though. It's the same thing as screwing a UV filter on.

Answer:	Nope. They do not have the electrical connectors for a motorized lens like those. Sorry this is only for the MD/MC mount style lenses

Answer:	Use extension tubes with a prime lens. Not so good with zooms. Best lenses are those with MANUAL f-stop rings, otherwise you can only shoot with the smallest aperture. You can indeed get way closer and shots will be very sharp.

Question:	I love the camera, but I cannot get it to capture still photos while recording a movie. Can somebody tell me how to do it
Answer:	Hello Harry, Please explain what you mean you cannot get still shots while recording. Do you want the camera to display still photos when you take them and you choose when to continue taking video. Or you cannot find your still photos after you take them, you only see the video. As I explained, possibly not clearly, when you are recording a video and you press the shutter button to take a photo, the camera do not interupt your video recording to display the picture. after completing your video you press the play/review button and then you will see the photos and the video when going in reverse order. if you review from begining you will see video first then your pictures.
Question:	I want to make sure I have everything I need to start shooting on day one. What accessories come in the box with the camera
Answer:	I would suggest at least ordering 55-mm UV filter (acts as lense protector so you should never have to wipe/clean the coatings on your expensive lense or worry about scratches). May want to consider a circular polarizing lens (linear polarizers supposedly don't work on sensor cameras). You will also want to have an SD, SDHC, or SDXC UHS-I (letter I vs an UHS-II interface) memory card that is at least Class 10 (C with a 10 in it), UHS-1 (number 1) or UHS-3 speed class which is U with a 1 or 3 in it. I suggest at least 16 GB, with 32 GB being better. I like videos, so I got 64 GB. A case to protect your camera would be nice. I also favor a better shoulder strap and a hand strap grip. One end of the hand strap should screw into the tripod mount and supply its own tripod mount hole to allow mounting to tripod without removing the strap.
