Answer:	Yes the Wi-Fi works but it's a bit different. You need to download the Nikon app on you mobile device, enable Wi-Fi on your camera and provide an SSID, from your mobile device Wi-Fi settings look for camera's SSID and get connected. Then you can use the app to transfer images selectively or all at once. Another good thing is that using app you can remotely take photos so you need not buy a remote. Answer:	The first lens I have on my d750 was the older 80-400mm and it works fine. The D750 (and all FX dslrs) has both body motor and use the af-s lens motor

Answer:	I have small hands and I love it. I did have to get used to buttons being in different places from my other camera. Nikon d5100. The d750 is an awesome camera. It is lightweight too.

Answer:	Yes, DX lenses can be used on FX cameras, but that would be a total waste of money buying a camera like this, because your DX lenses cannot use all of the full frame sensor, which is the reason to buy Nikon cameras D610 and above to begin with. You would be much better off getting a D7100, a DX camera for over $1k less.
Question:	Is the 24-120 kit lens a good choice for this camera, or is the 24-70 a much better choice for mostly landscapes? Is the 24-70 noticeably sharper
Answer:	For me this is about aperture the F-24 to 70 is a 2.8 aperture lens the 24 to 120 is an F-4 if you plan on shooting in low light with out having to extend you ISO to noise range the 2.8 24 to 70 will work bast but if you have a budget and plan on using strobes or Speed lights than in may not matter. there many factor that you can come up with but it's also mainly what you perfer. Answer:	Hi Sandra. It all depends on what you're looking for. If flash, video and a second card slot is not important, then yes the Df all the way, oh more thing...ergonomics are waaaaaaaay different. Not bad, just that you will need to rethink how you hold your camera with the Df. again, different, not bad. I considered the D800 and here's why I didn't take it: too big and didn't lend myself to wanting to pick it up. I shoot way more with the Df. Way more. The D800 files size is just too much for me. I loved the 12MB size of the D300 AND the body! 16MB is perfect for me and I shoot professionally. The D800 is so much like the D300, you're going to find it's a next level up from the D300, however the Df is just a different camera. The low light capabilities is so different, so incredible, it is THE reason why I choose the Df. The price is worth it. I have a review on this camera "Photo Dude". Hope this helps.

Nikon Integrated Dust Reduction System Dust in front of your camera sensor can mean distracting spots on your pictures. That’s why Nikon does everything to ensure clear pictures, including minimizing the build-up and appearance of dust. Nikon’s exclusive Airflow Control System is one of the two main protections against dust. It leads air within the mirror box towards small ducts near the base, preventing internal dust from settling in front of the image sensor. The D60 is the third incarnation of Nikon's compact, user-friendly entry-level SLR line that started back in 2006 with the D40 (which replaced the first Nikon 'starter' model, the D50). The original D40 was a hugely important camera for Nikon and can be given a lot of the credit for the resurgence in Nikon's fortunes at the volume end of the SLR market (which had been totally dominated by Canon since the launch of the EOS 300D / Digital Rebel). The D40's success (which continued long after the D40X made its swift appearance only 6 months later) isn't hard to explain; it was keenly priced, nicely designed and built and capable of excellent results. It was also a camera that proved cameras do not sell on megapixels alone (even at launch its 6MP resolution was far from 'class leading').



The D40X, which was positioned as a premium alternative to the D40 rather than its replacement, didn't mess around with the formula much at all; a new sensor with more (ten) megapixels and a lower base ISO, plus a slightly higher continuous shooting rate. The D60 is a direct replacement for the D40X (the D40 will stay around for a while as Nikon's budget option), and once again it's not a major upgrade; the sensor remains the same (though now has a dust reduction system) and the external design is almost identical. There's a few new features, including the same Expeed processing 'concept' seen in the D3 / D300, Active D-Lighting, an eye sensor (to control the screen display), and some tweaks to the interface, but perhaps the most significant change isn't to the camera at all; the move to an optically stabilized version of the kit lens. Auto Focus only for AF-S or AF-I lenses



As with the D40 and D40X, the new D60 doesn't have an built-in focus drive motor which means it can auto focus only with lenses which have their own drive motor (AF-S and AF-I lenses). The lack of a drive motor can be seen by the missing mechanical focus drive pin on the lens mount (see images below). One of the D60's new features is an electronic rangefinder to help manual focus on non AF-S / AF-I lenses.

Answer:	The Nikon Df would serve well for pet photography in a studio, perhaps better than the Fujifilm camera, especially if the lighting equipment offers full flexibility for aperture selection. However, for on-location photography, the Nikon Df is less than nimble, and the Fujifilm X-T1 might be more nimble. The Nikon Df does not recapture the experience of using a film camera; it provides the experience of using a digital camera with nostalgic controls, and some of those controls are clumsy if you have to adjust them quickly. I have not tried the Fujifilm X-T1. The selection of lenses could be more important than the choice of camera body: If you already have a collection of familiar, reliable Nikkor lenses, then the Nikon Df does serve well. My dozen Nikkor lenses are AIs or AF-D, only two are zooms, and the newest is 20 years old. Most of the Fujinon lenses (X-mount) have received high marks from critical reviewers. If you are starting a set of new lenses, the Fujinon route will cost less and give you a lighter bag of equipment. For trips when I cannot carry heavier gear, I take a Fujifilm X-Pro1 with the 14mm f/2.8, the 23mm f/1.4, and the 35mm f/1.4. All are superb. The 18mm f/2 and the 60mm f/2.4 are workable but less good. I have not tried the Fujinon zoom lenses. The operation of the X-Pro1 is too sluggish for photographing pets except for resting cats, but the X-T1 appears to be a completely different type of camera.

The Nikon D40 is an affordable, compact, point-and-shoot digital SLR from Nikon, it follows on from the D50 but at a significantly lower price point and with a subtly different feature set. The biggest news however is probably fact that Nikon resisted the temptation to keep chasing megapixels (hooray for that) and instead appear to have concentrated on what makes a good camera, a decent viewfinder, short shutter lag, very short viewfinder blackout. They've trimmed some of the 'less important features' (you can't change the exposure steps for example) but have squeezed a range of new features such as custom Auto ISO which we welcomed with the D80.



Auto Focus only for AF-S or AF-I lenses



Perhaps the biggest negative on the D40 is that it doesn't have an internal focus drive motor and hence no mechanical focus drive pin, instead it only has CPU contacts which means it can only Auto Focus with AF-S and AF-I lenses (those with built-in focus motors). Indeed our 'standard' lens the Nikkor 50 mm F1.8D (and the F1.4D) are manual focus only on the D40. The images below show the difference between the mount on the D40 and D80, the D80 has a mechanical focus drive pin at about the 7 o'clock position.

Compared to the Nikon D50, major feature and specification differences



Nikon's choice of "compromises" with the D40 are switching to a new three area AF sensor (although it seems to be just as fast), removing some of the flexibility (you can't change the CW average area, exposure steps are fixed at 1/3 EV and there's no bracketing) and removing the status LCD (although this has more to do with making the camera smaller than saving money). What the D40 shares with the D50 are some of the important things, the six megapixel sensor, the 420 pixel metering sensor (also used on the D80), the more 'consumer like' default IIIa color mode and 2.5 frames per second continuous shooting (although now unlimited in JPEG mode).



On the plus side you get ISO 3200 equiv. (HI 1), the ever useful customizable Auto ISO, a larger viewfinder view, shorter shutter lag and viewfinder blackout, a larger LCD monitor, a considerably nicer user interface, SDHC support, a new image processing engine, unlimited JPEG continuous shooting, in-camera retouching (including D-Lighting) and of course a smaller and lighter body. It would not therefore be fair to describe the D40 as a 'dumbed down' D50, far from it, the range of improvements and new features out-weigh those which have been removed or reduce, which would most likely not be missed by the average D40 owner.

Answer:	Kim, yes, you can. Only have to be careful not to let dust in. the trick is to have camera facing downward while changing lenses. The lens that comes in a kit is awesome for the price and many people will not need anything else. it is perfect for travel photography. Not fast enough for shooting in extreme low light. I'd recommend buying one prime (fixed legth) lens for that purpose.
Question:	can you interchange lenses
Answer:	Ideally you will require a high power external flash to 'freeze' the motion, and that can be expensive for a Nikon model. Depending on how much ambient light you have in the gym/arena you can, as an alternative, try cranking up the ISO to 1600, set exposure mode to S which will force camera to use highest available shutter speeds and see what happens - preferably at a training session. If you still get blur, you'll need that expensive flash to 'freeze' the motion as the built-in one is nowhere near powerful enough. The SPORTS mode is fine outdoors but won't help in poor lighting conditions.

Answer:	The mount for the D series is the same as all Nikon's dslr's and slr's. Compatability is limited by the features of the lens. One problem with new lenses is the automatic features of the lens ( motors inside the lens for focus and iris) and the ability of the D40 to actuate them. Having said that, I have a Nikon D-40 with a Nikon DX SWM ED Aspherical auto focus 18-55 that works just fine with the camera. Another issue is the focal point/image size that is introduced to your sensor. Answer:	Yes you can. But the default microphone quality on this camera is not very good. If you want better audio quality you’ll have to buy a separate mic.

Answer:	I do not think so. We use this for our portable printer and we also have the camera - two different things (but I’m no expert! Just my opinion)

Answer:	No. There is a blue card in each pack of paper. When you load a new pack in, the blue card prints out first. Then you can discard it. I have found that if I add paper before the printer is completely empty , I don't need to include a new blue card.

Answer:	After I connect the Aukey dash cam with the GPS plug in, the date and time in the video was incorrect in the first day. But starting the second day, the date and time on my LCD screen as well as the video were correct. Date and time are supposed to be automatically adjusted when you have the GPS plugged in. I had sent an email to Aukey customer service when I had the issues on day one and according to Aukey customer service, date and time should automatically adjust with the GPS plugged in. My unit has accurate date and time now.
