Answer: This is a Bluetooth adaptor...there is no "plugging in." Just activate Bluetooth on your iPod and pair it with the adaptor following the simple instructions that come with the adaptor. Then play your music. You'll need to pretty much stay in the same room as the speaker since Bluetooth does not have the same range as Wi-Fi. One note, I find that when the system is not used for some time, the Bose unit goes to sleep and turns off itself and the adaptor. Unfortunately, to wake up the adaptor, you have to unplug the Bose unit, wait 10 seconds, and plug it in again. As long as the adaptor is being used though, no problem.
