Answer:	I can't say what is different with other purple ear plugs. What I can say is that the Flent Qiuet Time variety are very soft/comfortable to wear, easy to insert as the stay compressed long enough to get the plug seated in the ear canal. And they do block most of the sound.

Answer:	Absolutely! I have been using this product for years now. Its blocks tv, snoring, barking, and other annoying background noise when your trying to sleep. As long as my alarm clock is close to me...perhaps bedside table...you can still hear it.

Answer:	I don't use them all the time. I can use them one or two dozen times over the course of two or three months before I need to replace them from the (sealed) package. I have very little wax in my ears, so rather than wax buildup I find that I replace them mostly when they get too dusty from being out on the night table so long.

Answer:	Yes if you’re a light sleeper and have the volume up you can hear it. It doesn’t block every bit of noise, it just bring the pitch of the noise down. I can still hear my husband and kids talking, it’s just not as loud and a bit muffled but I can understand them.

Reach around your head with opposite hand to pull ear outward and upward, then insert compressed ear plug well into ear canal.

CHECK FIT

Check fit after ear plug expands in ear. Touch ear plug. You should feel only the end of ear plug. Listen to steady loud noise with ear plugs in both ears. Cover ears with tightly cupped hands. Noise should sound about the same whether or not ears are covered.

IMPROPER FIT

If you feel most of ear plug outside the ear canal, remove ear plug and repeat fitting. If you cannot obtain a good fit, try a different size or type of hearing protector.

Answer:	I purchased this item at the suggestion of the doctor. In his office, he used warm water, and I did the same at home. HOWEVER, you will have better results if you purchase ear drops that help soften the ear wax. It is over the counter. The drops were used in the doctors office, for my son. He had to lay on his side for about 5-10 minutes to allow the drops to work. He sat up, the wash kit was used, and it definitely worked. I used the EarClear for my husband, and it worked just as easily as at the doctor's office. Follow the directions, and you won't be disappointed.

Boil a quart of water, add 1 tsp. of sea salt/kosher salt, don't use iodized salt. Add a pinch of baking soda. Let this cool to room temp, place in a container and keep in the fridge. It's not necessary to change the direction of flow halfway through. To be clear, the way nasal irrigation works is that the entire nasal cavity is cleansed, flushed, and moisturized during a single irrigation cycle, so no, there's no need to do both sides. One side of the nasal cavity is cleaned as the rinse flows into it; the other side as the rinse flows out of it, and the beauty of Naväge is that it's so easy to change the direction of flow, either from left-to-right, or from right-to-left, simply by rotating the nasal dock 180 degrees. Here's the great news: As long as the rinse is going from the upper tank, into your nose, then collecting in the lower tank, Naväge is working properly and you're doing it right! Question:	Lens was great for first use but cloudy after the next use. Cleaned with alcohol but did not help. How to you fix this
Answer:	Dear Customer, Total ‎‎4 sticky suction cups to keep the kneeling pad and elbow pad firmly in place.‎
Question:	Do you sell replacement ear spoons
Answer:	You can definitely sit on the Elbow rest. it's a little narrow but I have done it many times. It's held in place by suction cups and it works really well. I am not sure the kneeling pad would fit on the edge of a bath tub or if it would stay in place on slippery porcelain.
Question:	How is this used for my mouse

Clean the camera tip

Clean the lens carefully with alcohol pads.

Please keep the camera clean to avoid blurry image.

Clean the camera lens grooves

Wipe the lens grooves with alcohol-soaked cotton swab.

Blurred images after a period of use are caused by the earwax on the camera lens.
