Answer:	Not at all as far as weight it's not really big enough and it's to flat to really put stuff on that could make it shift around, it's great though I'd buy another in a heartbeat it's pretty hard too. I can put a 16oz water bottle in it, it's tight though or wallet,lighter,folding Allen wrench,pocket knife and a can of dip with a little room to spare to maybe squeeze in a couple of energy bars. The interior seems to measure exactly 24.5" by 4.25" by 5".I'm hoping the bag will take the 27" collapsed length* of U-212D I ordered, by pushing each end out of 'dead flat' relaxed position by 1.25". Answer:	Not replaced but you can add the quick release adapter to the top screw just as you would the tripod screw. I did one then bought two Slik SBH-100DQ Ball Head with Quick Release then bought several Slik Quick Release Plates. The SBH-100DQ had a little better rotate range with one less part.

Answer:	It should. It will work for any camera that has a tripod port (a hole into which something can screw) in its base. Most cameras have one. For things that don’t, like an iPad, you can buy adaptors/holders that do.

Answer:	That is correct. Your purchase includes an adjustable phone grip that provides 360°rotation. You can always purchase that phone stand separately if you want a second one too. So far mine is still in really good condition after lots of use with it. Question:	How strong is internal shell and does it keep it's shape
Answer:	Yes, it's strong and keeps it's shape due to the structure of the bag. I've drug it all over the country and it's still in good shape. The bag has been a great investment and I find it very reasonably priced compared to others I looked which were 2x as much. The handle is a great height too. The only negative thing I can say is I really don't understand how the rain cover is to work, but luckily the bag is really water resistant.
