Answer:	If you're referring to the 309, I can't list all the differences but if you compare the pics on both bags you'll see the 309 is larger. It has room for a laptop or tablet which the 308 does not. The only access to the cam compartment is thru the front while on the 308 it's thru the side. This is why I returned the 309. What's the point of a sling bag that you have to take off to get your cam. That and the broken zipper and missing weather hood (btw, both bags have terrible zippers on the main compartment. don't understand why they didn't fix this). both have a cross chest strap but the 308 doesn't have a pocket for it when not in use. the 308 has a strange shape. it bulges in the middle, in the back which some people might find uncomfortable. I don't think the stitching on either pack is very good. I like the 309 better but without the side access it's useless to me. You can find a better backpack or convertible backpack that's much better in the price range.

Answer:	I guess it depends a bit on how vintage you mean. If it's the non-collapsing '70s era ones that did all the developer stuff for you and spit out a photo, then I'd say yes, but probably not a lot else. The divider goes in with velcro, so you could move it around. If, one the other hand, you mean the collapsible ones with the accordion-type lens that started in the '50s then definitely. You might even have room for a film pack or two depending on the exact model.

I also have a Sony a6500 & it fit that fine with the 18-135 mounted. For me it did not work. I do not like to mount lenses in the field especially after getting my sensor cleaned. I also didn't think there was enough padding on the shoulder, but I am a woman. Hope this helps.

Until canon offers mirrorless with dual card slots I'm not upgrading but as long as your not packing huge heavy primes you should be good. If I could only have 1 bag on a budget it's my incase pro pack, but I wanted something smaller for running around. The neewer fits the bill nicely for lighter camera/lens setups.

Answer:	Yes, the switch and the new switch lite can fit with their accessories. The charger will fit, however you will not be able to fit the base of the switch in the sling.

Question:	If I removed the dividers could I either flatten or fold this bag
Answer:	I removed all dividers and use as backpack. However, flattening the bag might not be a smart act as it has a rigid outline to support & maintain its structure. You could do so but im not sure how it will looks like afterward.

Answer:	Yes, since the bottom is all Velcro walls you can re-arrange them to fit the camera with a lens attached.
