The telescope side of the T-Ring has threads that will accept a variety of camera adapters, including the Celestron T-Adapter or Tele-Extender. The adapter you choose depends on the type of photography you wish to do. You can take pictures of terrestrial and/or celestial scenes by using a simple T-Adapter to turn your telescope or spotting scope into a large telephoto lens. The #93633-A T-Adapter is the best choice if you own a Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope with standard rear cell threads. There are also special T-Adapters for the EdgeHD optical system: one for the 8-inch EdgeHD (#93644) and one for the 9.25, 11, and 14-inch EdgeHD (#93646). Prime focus photography is popular for short exposure images of terrestrial objects as well as celestial objects like the Moon. If you need extra magnification beyond that which your Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope provides, a Tele-Extender (#93643) will allow you to insert an eyepiece inside the barrel before attaching it to the telescope. A Tele-Extender is used most often for high power images of the Moon and the planets.

I don't think it would work on the EOS M because that's a mirrorless and has a different mount.

Answer:	Miss: Alyssa C. My one and only experience has been with the Canon Rebel T3. However, on 30Jan2014 I bought a wide angle lens for my T3. The lens was for a T3i. It fitted just right. It works great in photography involving flowers.

Answer:	You can actually remove the glass in this one, and replace it as needed. You would probably want to have a rubber lens removal tool handy (this lets you unscrew and replace the lens). My experience in shooting without the lens was an extremely blurry image.
Question:	Does this mount directly to the body? I have a macro lens that I just bought but it is one the screws on to an adapter. Will this work
Answer:	It doesn't fit directly onto the body of the Canon EOS M. YOu will need the mount adapter EF EOS M. I bought this with the 0.43x wide angle macro lens 58mm that screws onto the front of my lens. It dose not fit the wide angle macro lens that I bought with it. The wide angle macro lens fits onto the front of my Canon EFS 55-250mm lens. I bought it so I would have the option since it is cheap enough and it gives different results. But since it is manual and it doesn't communicate with my camera, the EOS M sends out a message that a lens is not attached to the camera. However, if you can get it to work with your camera, you can get real close with your zoom lens.

Answer:	Yes, but most of us bought it because we can't afford a 5D Mark II. You'd probably be happier with the $250-$300 active extensions, which allow focus and aperture changes with it attached. (this cheap metal tube does not)

Answer:	When talking about photography the proper term is not magnification, but scale factor. Scale factor is a linear function of focal length alone, which is a property of the optics you connect this to. Sometimes "magnification" is rated in terms of the ratio of the focal length of telescope to a 50 mm lens. If your telescope has a focal length of 900 mm and an f-ratio of 10, (90 mm, f/10) then your "magnification" is 900/50 = 18 times! What you can see will depend on the pixel pitch of your camera, the "seeing" (atmospheric conditions) on the night you go out, and critically, on how well you can focus. Answer:	No. this is just an adapter ring that connects to camera lens on one side and allows the right size other lenses--polarizer, macro, filters, ect -- to attach to the other side. allowing a camera to use different mm lenses or allowing a camera that has no screw threads to add different lenses. i have a SX60 HS and it works fine. i suggest screwing the new lens on the adapter first, then adding to camera.

Answer:	Since the a6000 has the same mechanical mount (Sony e-type) and the same size sensor (Sony APS-C) as my NEX-7 camera, the adapter will function exactly the same way as on my NEX-7, which is to say, "quite well".The following does not apply to this shopper's question but, as an aside, readers should note there are some Sony e-Mount cameras with APS-C sensors and some Sony e-Mount cameras with full-frame sensors and some Sony e-Mount camcorders with Super-35-sized sensors. Whilst this adapter will connect old Canon FD lenses to any of these cameras, keep in mind those *lenses* must be large enough for the sensor in the camera, or the sensor will not receive full coverage.
