This camera will not work in Digimerge branded DVRs as they are not MPX (proprietary FLIR/LOREX HD-CVI.) focus is controlled through an onscreen GUI, much like a PTZ camera, without the motion controls. | Answer: | You should not run this while inside of the camera body. You hold it up, turn it on and let it charge with static, then turn to the position with just the lights and gently sweep across your mirror. Remove from camera body, turn on again to displace all collected dust then back to the lighted "off" position. You then should gently sweep across your sensor from left to right. Continue these steps, maybe 1-2 more times until your sensor is clean. I recommend starting from your lens mount and working your way down to the sensor to allow any missed dust to fall and you will get it when you reach the sensor. Working from the inside out could cause a piece to drop on a previously dusted area. |

| Answer: | Make sure you pinch the small triangular mark on the back of the battery door before sliding the battery door downwards to open it. |
