Answer:	Yes you can, there is a headphone jack on the side of visor. However, the cord will have slack and dangle loosely, which can be irritating if you quickly move your head around. I just ran my headset cord to my PC's headphone jack and changed Windows and the Oculus software to use it instead of the Oculus speakers/mic.

Answer:	Haven't used it on a go-pro no, but I did just try and mount a Yi 4k+ (a cheaper better gopro clone) on it and it works, since both the Yi and Gopro use identical mounting connections it should work.
