Answer:	The only time I have noticed a hiss sound with my Bongo is when I have plugged it into my computer's line out jack alongside a USB port for charging the batteries. Otherwise, when it is turned on and not playing anything., it is totally silent.

Answer:	The ceiling? I don't think it will hold long on a horizontal ceiling as it is heavier than the 2nd gen Dot. Maybe if you use an additional adhesive to prevent the weight from letting it fall? But any vertical wall will be better! It can hear you very well even if its in a random corner

Question:	Do you have to buy a smart plug for it to be voice activated. If yes, why would someone buy a smart plug for it
Answer:	For the case or for the Echo Dot? The echo dot is voice activated with Alexa. You do not want or need a smart plug for the console. For the case...I’m not sure I understand. The case is a sleeve that goes around the console and this item does NOT come with the Echo Dot. You just have to keep the case charged (put in front of a light) in order for it to glow in the dark (if you got a glow in the dark one). Hope this helps!
Question:	Does the case make it waterproof
Answer:	No, it does not protect the device from water. The keys is washable but not the device it’s on. The silicone case can get wet, however the device it’s on is not protected from water. The case does not make the device waterproof.

Answer:	Not really. This case is only for the Amazon Echo Dot without the clock display.

Answer:	Hello, this case only fit for Amazon Echo Dot 3rd Generation.

Answer:	In the video about the product posted above it shows you CAN wake up to music by setting the Echo Dot to wake you by playing a playlist of music. Set up a playlist via the Alexa app or website and you're good to go.

Answer:	Yes, it will work. You would need to remove the spacer included in the iAVS1, and then set up the Eufy Genie in the iAVS1B in the same manner as the Amazon Echo Dot.

Answer:	Hi, I don't have a silicone sleeve to try it, but the fit is very snug. At the least I would thinking that trying to snap in and out of the mount multiple times might damage the sleeve. You might be able to trim the sleeve where the mount contacts the dot.

Answer:	Yes it does. I would use the screws that come with it, had trouble with the sticky tape on the wall. The holder itself clips around the entire night of the dot on one side and half way up into the power plug recess on the other side. Very secure and tight.
