Answer:	I don't know of any brand of colored pencils that comes with an eraser. Or did you mean can you erase once you make a mark with one of these pencils? The answer to that is unless you make a very light mark, it will not erase. If making a mistake a concern, layout your drawing with a graphite pencil, perhaps a 3H. Then add the color on top. I am finding these pencils work best on paper with a bit of a tooth. The colors are rich.

The main one is essentially a box that hides the computer bricks/surge protector/etc. While they are "all in the box", i don't see how that would increase fire risk beyond what is inherent in having electrical cables. The other parts of the product are mechanisms to hide individual cables behind and under thing so you don't see them. No increased fire risk there either.
