Answer:	It is neither a hard case nor shockproof. But it's still a pretty decent cable organizer.
Question:	Are the outer layers padded? For example, I plan to hold a couple cameras where the velcro dividers are, will those be safe
Answer:	The bottom is about 1/2” thick on the sides. I wouldn’t have any issue putting small cameras in that area.
