Answer:	The largest bag is 10"W x 8"L and may stretch slightly beyond that. Not sure what the iPad mini dimensions are but if they are within 10"x8" it'll fit.

I never selected a specific size since there was only one size back when I made the purchases. Answer:	No, I would definitely not recommend to use these cases to protect valuables from water. The zipper does not make a watertight seal so it would certainly fill up with water if submerged.
