Answer:	Yes I'm pretty sure it would fit, I have a Phanteks Eclipse Steel ATX Mid Tower and it's just a bit smaller in all dimensions except in height, 200 mm x 450 mm x 400 mm, and I still have quite a bit of extra room, like I could fit a 3 thick gaming laptops next to it and it could still have wiggle room.

Answer:	The largest bag is 10"W x 8"L and may stretch slightly beyond that. Not sure what the iPad mini dimensions are but if they are within 10"x8" it'll fit.

Then the larger part in the bottom has dividers BUT nothing holds them in. If you opened that section with the bag on its side, they might fall out. Otherwise - it holds everything I have in it quite well. AND I open it when it is flat.
