Answer:	You will have to teach the remote the Channel Master DVR+ buttons although there is a device code of 03286 for this under our streamers category. If you try this let me know if the device code works.

Answer:	I've used Harmony remotes, and I still have some Harmony equipment. This remote is capable of programming macros, which allows you to send multiple (32, IIRC) commands with a single button press. So you could turn all devices on with one button press, and all of them off with a different button press. How you set that up is dependent on whether your equipment has discrete on/off commands, among other things.
Question:	How does this control multiple devices? The setup video made it seem like you can only control one device
Answer:	No, it will not. The Roku Stick does not have an IR receiver. It will work with all other Roku products which do have IR receivers.

Answer:	Yes it does. With the Amazon Fire TV , you get two clips, one for the taller voice remote and one for the standard stick remote. Both feel good in your hand. You only reach for the OEM TV remote when the battery dies in the Side Click (about every 2-3 months).
Question:	Does this work with Viewsonic TV’s
Answer:	The sideclick remote doesn't have any affect on the fire stick; means it can attach to either 1 of your 4 sticks but in order to operate on all 4 TVs the common denominator has to be the TV set; if all 4 TVs are the same brand and can share a single remote it would work great; otherwise you'll find yourself reprogramming the buttons per each TV when you rotate the sideclick around; you can split the button programming among the remotes if they differ but it would be best if the TVs were the same brand or you have multiple sideclicks. Answer:	Each button has the potential to control a different device, but only that specific button will control a specific function of the device. The way that the side kick works is that the side kick literally copies the signal that is being sent out by the original remote when you press a button on that remote and it stores that signal for whatever button you tell the side kick you want to program. This isn't your typical universal remote that can be programmed using stored codes to control other devices and many of those devices basic functions but it's useful. For instance I programmed my side to be able to turn on my sound bar, volume up, volume down and mute, which required using 4 of the 8 buttons. The other 4 buttons are used to turn my TV on, change source input of TV, volume up and volume down of the TV.

Question:	does this work with roku premiere
Answer:	If you are wanting a remote to use with Direct TV we would recommend remote GE 33709 or 33712 as those remotes have menu and arrow buttons. GE 33701 will work however this remote is meant for basic use (on/off, volume, channel input or up and down) and does not have directional arrow buttons or buttons to access the menus.
Question:	Will this work on a Yamaha receiver
Answer:	It does not. You can change channels up and down but can't do anything further. Even if you type the number in there's no way to confirm it as the enter buttons don't work. Just tested it now and will be returning it unfortunately. I entered both the Comcast and Xfinity digital converter box codes too.
