Answer:	The RGB lighting is set by a button on the side of the stand. It has preset effects to choose from by pressing the button and stopping when you find the setting you want. If you put your computer to sleep or turn your computer off. The light reset to default rainbow. You have to then search and set your light of choose again. I returned this item because of this feature. In 24 hours I had to reset the lighting multiple times before I gave up.

Align the screw holes of the iron bracket with the base

Remove the 4 screws from the screw bag and tighten them via screwdriver in the package. The remaining screw in the screw bag is reserved for you.
