How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". If you have the audio on the "All Audio" setting you can, but if it's set to "Chat Audio" you can only hear form the side with the mic.

Question:	More confortable than last gen
Answer:	No. They are not as wide as last one. If your head is above the average head size it isn’t as confortable as last gen.
Question:	Can you use it while it’s charging ? Like plug and play basically unlimited battery
Answer:	Yes. I don’t recall if they supply a play and charge cable, but if not it is simply a micro usb. I have a 10ft cable from an old mouse I use, but the battery life is very good. I haven’t had to play and charge yet.... but with age I’m sure I will have to. Battery life will get worse with age of course.
Question:	I have had the headset for little over a month, and the mic just falls, how do I fix this
Answer:	Quick fix is to use a rubber band and wrap it around the mic near the base. The next thing you want to do is contact Astro directly and explain the issue. I had the same problem with mine and they sent me either a brand new or refurbished one (that looked brand new) that works perfectly. I didn't even have to send in my old one, so now i have extra parts if i need them in the future. I will say that it wasn't the quickest transaction though, taking over two months to receive the replacement. Although the delay was partly due to the pandemic. One last thing to note is that Astro will only replace it within one year of purchase.

Answer:	7.1 surround function on the base station is redundant because there's a dolby app you can install directly on any xbox 1+ or windows 10 device. which works with any stereo headset ever made. However, this headset has an optical hookup which can help boost your audio on any xbox 1+ or windows 10 device with an optical audo port and the headset itself in terms of hardware is superior to most headsets. The Dolby Atmos license can be bought independently through the xbox or microsoft store which is good for up to any five xbox 1+ or windows 10 devices. The base station comes with a 2 year license which you can either use, save or sell if you already own a license. Answer:	Hi Customer, Here are some directions: 1. Note that the USB jack is designed for lighting up the headset only. To make the audio work, you'll need to plug in the analogue jacks. 2. If your computer contains mic and audio separate jacks, make sure the 2 in 1 splitter is plugged into the correct jack respectively. Question:	Is it suitable wearing it for a long time
Answer:	I think so. I bought some headsets before, but this one is the most comfortable. When I first get them they are snug, but gradually loosen up after using for a period of time. Now I wear them all the day at weekends and they don't hurt. If you wanna a comfortable gaming headset, I would recommend this one.
Question:	Is there anyone who has owned this headset for about a month or so still happy with it? Is the wire and overall quality still up to your satisfaction
Answer:	I've owned for several months, and am still very happy with it. Mic quality is still great, my D2 clan mates are very pleased with it's performance, especially compared to my previous headset, lol. The wire is actually a bit long for my taste, not sure why 6ft is necessary, but I haven't had any issues with it. The headset can feel a bit heavy after long play sessions, but it's super cushy, so that helps. I shave my head, so most headsets end up digging into my scalp and becoming very uncomfortable after only a short period of time, but this one stays comfy even after several straight hours of playtime. Sound quality is GREAT. On par with much more expensive Turtle Beach headsets that I've owned in the past.

Answer:	Yes, it is. I have used it for half a month. My teammate could hear my voice clearly. There was one thing bothered me a lot, his mic usually picked up ambient nose well so I had a bad experience when playing with him. I should have recommended this brand to him.

Otherwise you will not be able to use the headset with just the USB as the USB is only used to power the LEDs in the headset.
