Question:	Can this be painted over
Answer:	I have 3 of these installed in my file drawers. They actually measure about 12 3/4" at the widest point rather than 13". This is for the white plastic frame that you see in the picture which holds the metal file frame and allows it to slide and be adjustable for different length drawers. The rails themselves are the standard 12" wide to hold files but you'd need a bigger drawer to accommodate the system. I have the room so works for me but probably won't for you (you can't really compress it and you have to use the white parts or it won't hold together). Hope that helps...

Answer:	This can't be adjusted to fit legal size folders. It fits letter size folders only, as stated in the description. The hanging bars that the files hang from are on the SIDES of the frame, not on the front and back of the frame. The width of the frame from side to side is NOT adjustable - only the depth of the frame is adjustable, so it can fit in shallower or deeper file drawers. The depth adjustability allows for more or less hanging folders to fit in the drawer, but legal hanging folders will never fit because they're too wide from side to side, and there's no rail for them to hang from if you try to hand them front to back.

Answer:	Yes, it truly is about that high. I have hanging file folders and put standard file folders in them; the tabs on the folders stick up more than 10 inches high. If you skip using plastic tabs to label each hanging holder and skip using folders with label tabs, it would fit. Height after installing just the hanging folders is about 9 3/8 inches.

Answer:	This Pet door is hard plastic and attaches to screen. If your storm door is screen then yes it will work as it’s is durable.

Answer:	Not the one we bought. Are dog weighs 18lbs and it’s perfect for him. I would post a video of him using it but can’t!✌️

Answer:	Yes, but its very easy, in fact we installed the door in place without having to take the door off as instructed. Put the door on the spot on the screen where you want it and with something sharp poke through the screen when the screws go. Do one or 2 first. Click the hinge back in place and then do the rest of the screw holes so the door is tight to the screen framed on both sides. Than with a sharp knife cut the screen out from inside the flap and the screen with stay tight. took less than 15 minutes start to finish.. we have three dogs and took them about a day to get the hang of it .. now they are in and out non-stop.. it works perfect.

Question:	Can this fit an existing 2 gang box in the wall
Answer:	This is a fabulous product. I wish it was available in a shorter length too. I need it for my sliding Andersen door and I too have the issue of length. I would roll it up at the bottom but then the Velcro isn't there to keep it in place. The only other option would be to put the Velcro along all three sides but for me I'm bringing it to the tailors! I'd much rather do this than deal with flies all summer. Again, a great product but maybe when sales grow so will the number of sizes available.

Answer:	I have it installed on an aluminum frame screen with non-metal screen material. Used by my 60lbs 7 month old Lab. Holding up well. If you are installing on a metal panel it will work, but you may need different screws, but should not be an issue. Just drill through the screw holes on the door frame through the metal and then screw the 2 halves together. the door portion itself uses the screen material to keep bugs out . You could just use a small piece of screen material for that.

Answer:	We haven't had the doggie door long enough to observe any weakening of the original screen. Although, our dogs run though at top speed as well and it's holding up so far. Just make sure when you go to install the frame you pull tight on the screen while you put the screw/bolts on. I would definitely have someone help you. One to put the screws in and the other to hold the screen taunt. If it is still a major concern for you, replace your original screen with some tough screen then add the door to that. Answer:	I think 30 pounds is too big. I use it for two cats. One cat weighs 7-8 pounds and the other cat weighs 5 pounds and it is perfect for them. You would need a much larger door. Answer:	If your cat wants in, it will just claw the screen and tear it open and come on in. Screen in door isn't very strong.

Answer:	No cracks and there are even magnets in the door to make sure it stays shut. The magnets are pretty powerful too. So much that my cat could barely get through and I had to demagnetize the door so she could use it. No roaches can get in unless they're like HULK roaches. And if that's the case you may have another problem on your hands.
