Answer:	The ARC works like this....when you enable ARC, the HDbaseT receiver will send the audio from your TV back to the matrix...and that TV audio will output the digital coax audio ports for you to feed external amplifiers, whole house amplifiers, or surround sound amplifiers. This is very useful because...if your TV has smart features (such as built in netflix), and you're watching a movie like Spiderman....the ARC feature will take that Spiderman audio, send it back to the matrix, and allow you to listen to that audio via your ceiling speakers or wall speakers. Without ARC, that Spiderman movie audio would only play through the TV speakers

Answer:	No they do not. Ethernet breakout via HDbaseT technology isn't ideal because its limited to 10/100 speeds (12.5mbps). There are no gigabit options at the moment. Your wifi would be much faster than the HDbaseT ethernet breakout

Question:	Can I use this system on 220v 50hz power
Answer:	The PA-14-10-150 has a travel speed of 0.37 inches/second when unloaded and 0.28 inches/second when fully loaded. A control box that can output +12 VDC (to extend) and -12 VDC (to retract) with the use of a remote is able to control this actuator.
Question:	Does this support 4K Downscaling
Answer:	Yes, the PA-14 mini linear actuator contains two (2) built-in non-adjustable limit switches.
Question:	I am looking for a matrix to service 8 sources to 16 displays. Any help appreciated. Can this system be downgraded to only 8 input
Answer:	Our matrix will pass IR commands from your TVs to your media sources (if you are using IR remotes at your TVs), but the matrix itself won’t turn off/on your TVs
Question:	Can you do a 16port input hdbaset with 16port hdbaset output? So then you have (16) senders sending source to matrix and (16) receivership the TVs
Answer:	This device has no connection to Alexa. It's an HDMI Matrix switcher, so the HDMI outputs of your source devices can connect to it, and it connects to the HDMI inputs of your display devices. It can be controlled via a web interface or an IR remote, but there is no facility for Alexa to control it.
