To the poster who said it doesn't need it, that is correct. It is powered by the HDMI connection. However, it works MUCH better with the power supply. Unpowered it would only switch to a new source automatically if I shut off one source, then powered the next one on. Now, as soon as a new source comes on, it switches to it. My remote would not work while unpowered. Unfortunately I can't find it to test right now. I just set up the power tonight. |
