Answer:	I used a lighter and blow drier to shrink the smaller sizes and it worked well for me.

Answer:	There is no setup file. This is plug and play. Just make sure if the printer you are using is the same switch assigned to that computer. I have 2 of these switches boxes, 1 for work and 1 for home office. They work great. The only problem I had was not selecting the right switch assigned to the right computer.

Answer:	I'm not a gamer, so I've never had or used a wii or gamecube, or any other gaming device, but if those gaming devices have and use regular RCA jacks and can take regular RCA cords like most traditional games and TV sets do, then this box should work just fine, cuz all it is is a bunch of RCA-style inputs and a couple RCA outputs, all using the traditional red-white, and yellow jacks. This (and other 8-in, two or one out boxes like this) has no power supply, and doesn't need one, so it's what's called a a totally "passive" device that only switches between channels and that's it, so there's no impedance issues to worry about and so ANY combination of devices that use all-RCA jacks & cords should work just fine. These boxes aren't made or even are available from anywhere in the USA (I checked), and only come from and can be gotten from China, but I've had good luck with three slightly varying different models made by three different Chinese companies and they all work just fine. Shipments took only a couple weeks for each one, which is pretty good from that distance. Once China owns all of the USA, which is their eventual goal, shipment should take even less time, cuz they'll probably have warehouses in America, but by then, you will have been forced to abandon English and learn to speak Chinese. It would be a good idea to start learning Chinese now which will make it easier for you and your kids in the slave-schools they will eventually set up here. At least you'll be able to get quality electronics gizmos faster.

Answer:	If all your cables are RCA plugs (red,yellow, white), yes. This box has 4 inputs (RCA) and one output ( also RCA). You will also need another cable with RCA plugs at both ends to go between the box and your TV.

Answer:	The buttons on the device are "radio buttons" and only allow one input to be selected at a time. You could probably daisy chain two or more devices together to get the desired effect but I recommend against it as some devices when paired with other devices will cause a whole lot of hum or buzz that you don't see from either original device.

Answer:	It has 1 output, and 4 inputs. Only 2 ports are connected together at any given time. One output and one input. If you are trying to connect 2 outputs, to 1 input, this will not work. Buy a simple splitter. If what you are trying to do is route a signal to any, but only 1, of 4 different locations (or 2 in your case), then yes, you can use this switch to route it. Your simple reverse wiring concept will work. However it is not designed for multiple simultaneous routes. (It only allows for one connection button to be pushed by design.)

Answer:	Any member of this family, 2,4, 8 port can be hooked up to a stereo receiver. This is an un-powered mechanical switch that does not modify the signal in any way. You can use it for just audio, just video, or both. You can use it to send several signal sources to one input of the receiver or vice versa - one output to a variety of other devices (recorders, displays, etc.) Either way, you can only connect one device at a time to one other. One input at a time to the receiver, or the receiver to ONE downstream device at a time. There is no signal processing whatever, so the electrons can go either way. Note that this is intended as a line-level device, so you may hear noise pickup if using it at magnetic phono signal levels (or if you have a loose connection), and you may damage the device if you use this for speaker switching due to high currents when playing speakers loudly. You will probably not burn switch contacts if you turn off the volume when changing a speaker selection, but who remembers to bother to do that especially when you are trying to compare how two sets of speakers sound?

Answer:	You cannot send one signal to 8 outputs AT THE SAME TIME, but you should be able to send the one signal to any ONE of the 8 ports of your choosing. This is only a mechanical switch and the electrons do not know or care which way they are going so long as there is a path to follow. My use is to have two of these stacked together and have one as an input switcher and the other as an output switcher. I do not need hi-def, and my older sources don't have HDMI. I am inputting from CD, DVD, TV, LP, Cassette, R2R tape, Game box, and even VCR, then outputting to any one of the following: TV, DVD-R, audio amp, headphones, video processor OR (not AND) PC. My only cautions are to be gentle but firm when making connections - this is not a commercial performance-grade product- and for the same reason, turn off any inputs you do not currently need, to reduce signal bleed-through from other sources. If this is too much of a nuisance, you can easily spend hundreds of dollars for a device that will do exactly the same thing as this unit, but will stand up to frequent road trips and on-stage abuse.
