Answer:	I tried it on my phone port and my headphone port. The key is to not let it sit there. The instructions basically say to press firmly and roll it. Keep it moving and don’t let it sit there. Personally I use a wood toothpick to clean the ports. Works well and wood is soft enough that it won’t damage the metal. Of course you should always be gentle anyway with it.

Question:	How many folks have used this on vinyl records? Does it work OK/not harm them
Answer:	I've not used it on DVDs, but I'm sure it would be safe, not sure that it would be any more effective than a mild soap and warm water though. This does evaporate cleanly, as it should for a screen cleaner, so it should be fine on DVDs.
Question:	To the manufacturer: If this kills bacteria and germs, what percentage? Can you back up your claim
Answer:	Ya know Mike....don't know exactly the quantity you used each time....nor the kind of cloth you used to wipe....but I can tell you that what works incredibly for us with both Laptop screens, tv screens, Ipad screens, and Iphone screens is... First we spray a very very minimum light "spraying" on the surface of what every item we are cleaning....and the VERY LIGHTLY make just one or two passes over the screen....(using a cloth like is included, or a DRY MICROFIBER rag)....and then switch to a dry similar cloth and do it again.....being very careful to "not" press hard....and our screens look incredible....brighter...seemingly more colorful, etc. We are very happy with this item.
