Answer:	Yes, that is part of it's designed functionality. For example, you can set up one source to play through speakers A or speakers B, but NOT speakers A AND B. It's either/or, not both.As for wattage, I saw no rating. It is a system of copper (I assume) connections and switches, and serves only as a pass-thru. There must be some wattage at which it will melt, but I haven't hit it with separate 100W+ per channel Yamaha source receivers hooked up to 150W (I think) outdoor speakers.I am satisfied. One additional point: I was barely able to twist and fit 14 gauge speaker wire into this thing. Anything wider, and you'll have to shave it down.

Answer:	Not sure exactly how you intent to wire your system. With that said, what you need to be most concerned with is matching the total impedance of your speakers to the amp you're connecting them to. Speakers are generated rated 4, 6 or 8 ohms.As a general rule, two pairs of 8 ohm speakers may be connected to one amplifier or one pair of 4 ohm speakers. If you're using 6 ohm speakers, it's best to read the amplifier's instruction manual to see if the amp can drive more than one pair of 6 ohm speakers safely.This particular A/B switch is intended for use on two sets of speakers or two amplifiers. So, without knowing how you intend to wire your system, I would say the answer to your question is no. However, you could chain more than one A/B switch. In other words, each leg keeps getting divided with another A/B switch. I've done this myself by having two iPads on the first A/B switch with each iPad being used as a music control center in different rooms. Then, a second A/B switch is used after each iPad to direct music to the desired room location. Hope this helps.

If you want to know whether this thing melts if you start throwing close to 16A peak current through it, I honestly don’t know. I don’t think I have the manual anymore; I don’t recall it being very thorough; I’m not going to test mine. Sorry.

Answer:	There are only two types of cables, Category 1 and Category 2.HDMI additionally offers a Premium certification for 18Gbps, there is no 27Gbps certification as Monster claims this cable is certified for.HDMI versions are 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.2a, 1.3, 1.3b, 1.4, 2.0 and 2.0b. This refers to the connection inside the device, not the cable. Cables are much simpler.At distances of 4ft, all cables should work even with the new Ultra HD Blu-ray discs. If you're paying more for a cable like this one, it's for the build quality and warranty, not the performance.

Answer:	Hi Matt, this cable is expensive. It is however a very good one. I spent a lot of money on my 4K TV, and I can tell the difference in vibrancy of colors . The cheap cables just transmit the picture in a more flat way. I'm not sure if $100 monster cable is better than $100 cable from another company, but I know that you are going to pay to have a well shielded cable that's capable of transmitting a lot of data.
