Answer:	Not in the items I bought, but that was a good while ago. I used the existing screw from the back of the receiver over the HDMI port. Seem to recall buying a longer screw at Home Depot to use in lieu of the screw above the other HDMI port. The existing screw above the 2nd HDMI port was frustratingly too short.

Answer:	No, this will only mirror your main display on all attached monitors.
Question:	How do the gripping connectors work? Do you squeeze somewhere to release the cable from the jack
Answer:	I'm always amazed that people respond to questions with 'I don't know' answers. Like Amazon is personally asking them. It's just a form sent to everyone that's ever purchased, you don't have to answer. HOWEVER I'm sitting here with the cables in my hand looking at them. We used them on a project. The gripping connectors don't have a button to press or lever to pull. It's simply little 'teeth' that kinda dig into the meta when the cable is inserted into the connector. It creates more tension and 'bite' into the metal. To unplug simply pull out; it's just the force required to pull out is greater than if the teeth/grip connectors weren't there. And these cables do in fact hold tighter to the connector
