Product description
THE CIMPLE CO, A Family Company located in the USA, is proud to manufacture this high quality and durable coaxial cable. This cable is available in Black and White, and comes in lengths from 1 foot to 100 feet (including our most popular lengths of 6 feet, 15 feet, 25 feet, 30 feet, 50 feet, and 100 feet). The center conductor is made of high grade copper coated steel that has been swept to 3.0GHz, making this a great application for Satellite, Cable, Wireless (including cell services), and Communication uses. With very low signal attenuation (2.75dB at 750MHz for our 50' cable) it can be used on long runs without the loss of signal or picture. We use high grade 360 degree compression connectors to ensure that this cable remains water and weather proof, without the loss of any signal. This ensures that the ends can withstand pulling, weather, extreme hot and cold (rated up to 167 degrees F). The coaxial shielding is 60% aluminum magnesium alloy braid and 100% solid aluminum foil (including an 18% overlap) to ensure that there is no interference from neighboring or rouge signals. The outer jacket is a flexible UV resistant PVC and has been tested to be used in many extreme conditions for use both inside and outside. The dielectric center is made from gas injected foam PE and has an almost perfect consistency of 75 Ohms +/-3 throughout the entire length of the coax cable. The outside diameter of the cable is 0.27 inches, about 6.85 mm, with the connectors being slightly larger at .4375 (7/16) of an inch (11.11 mm). The cable also has length markings every two feet on the side to make it easier to cut to length, if you need a shorter wire. We also offer a repair and splice kit for those who would like to cut and reinstall the ends on the wire. The kit comes complete with instructions and free technical support. We back our product 100%, with free returns, as well as free technical and customer support.

Question: | I have basic analog cable connected to my hdtv and all channels dont look as clear-in my older tvs they are clear will this make them look more clear |

JV Swann Customer Support |
Question: | Is this suitable for use with an FM antenna? My receiver has a coaxial cable connection for such purpose |
Answer: | Yes. The Swann HD cameras use analog BNC cables. |
Question: | Will it work if I want to relocate my cable modem to another room without jack for Time Warner Cable (TV+Internet |
Answer: | This cable I purchased was for my PTZ CAMERAS....if you want just extion cable, all B&C cable with a power plug will work,I don't know what cameras you have |
Question: | can I replace the cable that the Direct TV guy connected box to TV with this one |
Answer: | Are you having issues? If you have RG59 now are you sure the ends are installed correctly? I use RG6 because I have it. I recently used a piece of coax that I had left over from some equipment I has purchase long time age. I experienced poor picture. I started testing and replacing all the segments I had made only to find the same problem. Testing the pre-made section I found the shied open. Replacing the connector solved the problem. If it's just a short jumper say 6FT it shouldn't make any different. I have eight drops in my house (TVs, media center, XBOX, external tuners with record, etc.) and only have an amplified OTA (I'm a cable cutter) antenna and numerous splitters and I use whatever is in the garage. Distance could be a big difference. Has there always been an issue? Did your setup recently change? If you have an issue disconnect the the signal out and use a known good jumper to just one tv. If the problem is still there then the issue is with the source and not your cabling. hth |

User questions & answers
Question: | Do you make this in a 6 foot cable? If not, why not |
Answer: | Without knowing actual model numbers it is impossible to tell you what will work for your situation. Not many dvr receivers (I am assuming that is what you are referring to as "cable box") have video/audio INPUT, only OUTPUT.No matter what this will only provide audio, not video.Generally speaking if you have a home theater receiver with HDMi then everything should be connected to that (doesn't sound like this is what you have).Otherwise you should have everything connected to your TV via HDMI, and if you have one of those Blu-Ray surround systems then connect your TV via toslink optical cable or 2-wire RCA cable depending on what your inputs/outputs are. |
Question: | Will this cable work as a replacement for a broken left surround sound speaker cable from a vizio soundbar and subwoofer sytem |
Answer: | These are specifically for digital signals, vs old RCA cables are analog. Differences in impedance as well as quality of shielding to protect the digital signal |
Question: | Will this cable work running a blu Rey player through the cable box |
Answer: | Yes, assuming the digital ports on both your tv (frequently orange coded) and sound bar are both round (not the square optical type), this is the right cable. Works great on my tv with sound bar. |
Question: | Are all rca speaker cables coaxial? For instance the red, white pair |
Answer: | Yes. I use a 25' monoprice coaxial audio/ video cable RCA connector from a DVD player to a video projector For the video feed which as a composit video analog transmission (without audio),with 480i resolution. Picture quality is very good. You will need A separate cable for the audio. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Is there any chance of signal loss |
Answer: | I am using it with the Mahu Sky HDTV and it filters out FM signals so I can not test it for you. However FM goes from 88Mhz to 108Mhz in the united states, an RG6 cable is rated up to 3GHz (3000Mhz) so a RG6 cable should work just as good as a RG-59. That being said the Mediabridge cable is double shielded and (in my experience with it so far) should reduce the noise that you would pick up between the antenna and the receiver vs a single shielded cable. |
Question: | Is there any signal loss |
Answer: | Yes, just connect new cable to the male coming out of the wall then attach the new cable to the modem. no problem, I just did that my self, and works great. |
Question: | Can is use this to connect the coaxial coming into my home and connecting to a charter spectrum cable modem? all i need in my home is internet! no tv |
Answer: | Hello Elaine,Yes, you can use this cable instead of the Direct Tv cable that is connected. Thanks,Mediabridge Customer Support |
Question: | Would this work to add a cable to extend my antenna that is hooked to my tv so I can move my antenna out fartherof |
Answer: | Yes the cord csme with a male and female connection adaptor |

User questions & answers
Question: | Is this only for indoor use, or is it suitable for outdoors as well |
Answer: | MissA3223, Yes it will work...But DO NOT Make The Added Cable Very Long..... |
Question: | I cut cable, it was 'round', trimed w Klein cutter, peeled back layer of tiny wires but.. unable to remove layer of aluminum(?) shield. Whatz up |
Answer: | No. If you are watching something that is less than Standard Defjnition (SD) quality or close to it, but analog in origin, it is gong to look poor. Your old analog sets don't resolve all of the lines of resolution on this analog signal. Your HDTV does. Think about it like someone looking at a photo from 4-5 feet away. Then stepping right up to the photo and being a mere inch away. The fine details are visible and so are imperfections. The old TVs have been made to cater to lower resolution images. HDTVs are made to handle more. A standard analog broadcast may be dealing with as few as 300 lines. These lines are interlaced too so one half are shown every 60th of a second. This coincides with the rate of AC current delivery in the US. You may have heard all appliances or anything that plugs in has to handle this frequency (60 hertz). Your TVs do too--analog or digital. Given all of this that old TV is sharper looking because it was made to handle these signals. Now, if you get HD programming from a cable/satellite provider or Bluray and use the proper connections (HDMI) the. The picture on your HDTV will be far superior to your old televisions. So you might be asking why this cable says it will carry HD channels. Well it will if you use an antenna. you see, over-the-air broadcasting is no longer done with analog signals. It is purely digital and depending on your area, an antenna and this cable would provide you with the opportunity to get free HD channels. This requires your HDTV to be new enough to have a digital tuner. Since 2010 at least, all televisions had to have a digital antenna installed, so chances are yours has one. The last way this cable has anything to do with HD is that it is the current standard for content signals that you would install from the outside of the house to an HD Cable/Satellite box. It is an upgrade of the older RG59 that was first used to carry analog signals and did so until our needs increaded beyond its ability. Now the RG6 is universally used from all content deliverers and for many applications. However, if you are using it for what it sounds like, it will likely do nothing to improve your HDTVs picture. Upgrade to an HD box from your carrier and then connect box to TV with HDMI and the HDTV will strut its stufff! OR connect this cable to the antenna connection on the back of the HDTV, then the other end to an appropriately siZed antenna ( go to antenna dot org to find out the appropriate size for your area) and run the Antenna Channel scan and see what free HD content you can get. You may be surprised. And that's free after you buy the equipment. If you live in a major city it could be a simple pair of old rabbit ears. Out in the middle of nowhere and the antenna will be about the size of a shopping cart at Lowes! Anyway, I hope this helps. Sorry for the exposition. But this is clearly a complicated situation. I tried to give you options and the reasoning behind those options. Happy viewing!!! |

User questions & answers
Question: | Does this cable have the footage printed on it of the cable left to use |
Answer: | There is no need to remove the aluminum. Slide your connector over the cable and crimp to terminate. |
Question: | Can this cable be installed outdoors |
Answer: | It might, slightly attenuate the signal.. but not losing it |
Question: | will this work with the twist on type of connectors |
Answer: | The connector itself should only cause minimal loss as long as it stays dry. What you are able to add to the length with an additional cable is where you might incur signal loss. If performance indicates all is well it probably is. I'm purchasing 2 of these items and 25 foot of RG6 cable and don't expect very much signal degradation because I know the level of Internet signal coming into the house will not be reduced too much. Good luck. |
Question: | Is this uv resistant |
Answer: | Thanks for your question. The connector mainly used to extend two coaxial male cables and it can support RG6 cable. if you wanna connect internet, you have to connect a Coaxial network adapter. |
