Answer:	No, but the box it comes in is pretty sturdy. If you remove the cardboard packing the jack easily slides back into the box. The inside bottom of the box is reinforced. Not sure how long it will hold up, but it’s better than nothing.

Answer:	A Cadillac CTS is roughly 4,300 pounds. Which is a little over the capacity of this jack. As long as you're placing it on jack stands and you don't leave the jack holding it too long, it should be okay. Although all the armchair experts on this site will implore you to buy a 3 or 4 ton jack. Just remember to always put the car on jack stands and do your work on a flat, level surface.

Answer:	The cup itself is 2 1/4 inches, with the inner portion (The part that spins freely, with the 4 tabs) 1 7/8ths, and the tabs extend about 1/4 inch up from the cup. Hope this helps.
Question:	What kind of oil does this take? The screw was loose when it was shipped to me and some oil had poured out into the box. I just want to top it off
Answer:	hydraulic jack oil. The screw IS loose upon arrival. If you read the SHORT instructions....this (grey) screw is HOW TO LOWER the jack when you are done lifting and have supported the weight/vehicle with jack stands. Turning just a bit using the handle you used to pump up the vehicle - you will notice it lower ever so gently. ONCE it is fully lowered - it is best to immediately turn the screw clockwise until it stops - this prepares the jack for its next use. Do this so you will not forget it is closed. IMO - some people with oil spewing - did not 'get it' how important it is to assure the valve is closed BEFORE raising the vehicle.

Answer:	The base is 6&1/2" wide, is 4&1/2" deep at the ends, but narrower at the middle. Realize that made-in-China items can quickly change depending on their latest vendor, i.e., low-bidder. I'm happy with mine, although the picture for mine showed it had a flat top, and mine has two small bumps that protrude--although only a very little bit. These might provide stability in some situations, don't pose a problem in most, but I'd have peferred that the top be flat.

Answer:	All BMWs use the same adapter as far as I know. I purchased these for a 2019 BMW, but found that the rectangular portion was just a hair too short and allowed the round section to hit the plastic adapter on the car. The weight of the car should be supported by the top of the rectangular section and not by the outer edges of the plastic support on the car. Due to this problem, I ended up returning them and ordering other ones from POTAUTO (also on Amazon). The ones from POTAUTO have a higher rectangular section (0.6" vs 0.47"), and therefor the weight of the vehicle is properly supported.

Step 1:Turn on the warning light in case of emergency change, park the car near the level

pull it well to ensure that the car can be braked.



Step2:Connect the electric jack to the 12V power supply through the following two ways

Use the cigarette lighter connection to insert the cigarette lighter head line I into the cigarette lighter of the car,

The other is inserted into the electric jack control handle socket.

1. Insert the handle into the hole of the grip

2. Make sure that the saddle is correctly positioned. To prevent damage to the jack, do not move the jack while the handle in the socket is intact.

3. To increase the load, use one hand to hold the front part of the handle and use the other hand to turn clockwise at the back of the handle.

Answer:	I don't know for a 750. It fits my 323i. I use these on top of my floor jack or any other jacks. No need for these on the regular BMW Jack that came with the car. You can always return if it doesn't fit properly. I keep 1 in the car in case I use a different Jack. The other stays with the floor Jack in the garage.
