Answer:	You will want to come as close as you can to 100 watts per channel especially since these are outdoor speakers and most likely you will be stringing out a lot of speaker wire. you will lose power over distance because of resistance, make sure you use 12 or 14 gauge wire in my opinion the thicker the better

Answer:	just the speakers, non powered. you will need a power amp, also I use a board to plug my puter into. you can come out of puter but you will need a couple steps before you get to the speakers. you might want to look into powered versions. all depends what level and what you are using the speakers for.I have home production studio and have to have some speaker references without blasting the apartment neighbors.
Question:	does the rca projector with dvd have a audio out for a sound bar
Answer:	self powered only because they must be connected first to an amplifier old school style with a two-lead cable. Phone cannot be hooked up or plugged directly to the speaker. You must first use an amplifier/preamplifier section for processing the signal from your phone. Some speakers have Bluetooth or network capability and are self-powered w/battery. These JBL Control 1 speaker is not like that.

Answer:	I have a recording studio in my home and have been playing and engineering music recordings for 30 years. I bought these as computer monitors in my office - but I sometimes use them to proof a mix. They are nice as an "alternative" to my studio monitors. In my studio I use Mackie HR-824's, Yamaha NS-10's and a pair of Klipsch Heresies to get different "looks" at a mix. The Control 1 has weak/non existent low bass response, so it's not useful as a primary studio monitor. I also find them to be less than flat through the mid-range. So a mix that sounds good on them, can sound "midgange heavy" when you listen to it in the car or any system with a nominally boosted midrange. So I would say, they are NOT very good if you are a serious audiophile or sound engineer and you want to use them as your sole or primary monitors. Where they are good is for mixing a nice punchy bass response(80-200hZ). As a result, I use them to mix drums and bass all the time. If those instruments sound good on these speakers, they will sound GREAT on a high fidelity system. Sometimes, when you mix drums and bass on small speakers, the mix ends up being really boomy and bass heavy once you have subwoofers and full frequency playback. Not so in this case. They have a very controlled bass response. Maybe that's why they are named "control"? So, if you want another set of speakers to check a mix, or if you are doing a lot of drum and bass music, they might be OK.

Answer:	You do not need a converter box at all. We do not use one and have no problem getting several channels. My parents who live nearby have the same antenna. They use a converter box and get the same channels. It is your preference to use or not use a converter box.

Answer:	I only know if you are mounting it in the attic (that is where mine is and it works great) you might need some supports to mount it on. Other than that, I believe everything needed is included. Keep in mind my son in law installed mine, so if other parts were needed I am not aware of it. By the way, I absolutely am thrilled with the reception that I get with the antenna and am doubly thrilled that I got to fire Comcast!

Answer:	The RCA website is incorrect, & I told them so but they haven't fixed it yet. The Amazon photo is correct. Be careful with the transformer, the fork terminals are only .015" thick now and won't stand up to anything rough. Also be careful when putting the hardware on the phase bars, they are also weaker now. I returned my antenna because of these items breaking.
Question:	Is Antenna the same regadless of mast? The specs say with mast, has 35 mile range but without mast, 60 mile range. Is the mast really 58' long
Answer:	I did not measure the mast, (it remains up on the roof) but I can see it is about 48 INCHES long, perhaps a bit longer.The mast should not effect the reception range. (I just retired from broadcasting as an engineer after 50.25 years)
