Answer:	If your TV is WiFi capable, Tablo should broadcast a WiFi signal of its own, like Tablo_XXXX, when hardwired to your modem. You would need the Tablo App. If your TV is not WiFi, then you may be able to flow it through your TV by connecting the USB from Tablo to the TV.

Answer:	We have had our Tablo Quad for a couple months now. We also have four TV's hooked up to the internet and we have never had any issues and we have crappy internet. We can record most of our must have shows on the Tablo so we don't have to load up the Roku. We don't pay for the guide and it hasn't been a problem. I would highly recommend it
Question:	What are the restrictions if you don't subscribe to the guide service
Answer:	My premium trial subscription expired about a month ago so I thought I give the non-subscription Tablo a try. Here are my observations and opinions of the non-subscription after a month of using it. It is usable, especially if you don't do a lot of searches for new material. There is no search facility. There is no automatic time extensions of live events like football games, etc.. So, you have to manually add some estimated time in your manual record setup, very similar to the old VCR days. It does not differentiate between repeat episodes and NEW episodes, so you will sometimes end up with shows you've already seen. You can only look 24 hours into the future in the guide. I ended up using one of the online TV guide sites to see farther into the future for programming the show recordings. I find you pretty much need the online TV guide as a companion app. If you don't particularly enjoy a technical challenge of finding shows and typing in with a remote control, then this option probably is not for you. I'm more of a computer geek and find this option a little intriguing. But, for people who just want an easy, very elegant way of finding and recording shows, the premium subscription is definitely worth the money. I suspect someday I'll tire of this manual stuff and dish out the premium dollars. In the grand scheme of things, the $50 per year or $150 lifetime is a fraction of the cost of paying for cable video. Sticking with the non-subscription flavor is pretty much a case of the old English saying, Penny Wise Pound Foolish.

Answer:	I did it, 60 mile away from two "hubs" couple station not in directional signal. Rotation will bring them in. usualy leave one spot get both areas 50+ channels

Answer:	Based on what I was taught in electronic communications class and the appearance of this antenna, UHF has a reflector and VHF has a single dipole. I would expect about a 45 degree beam width UHF and a figure eight pattern for VHF. If I am right, you will have to adjust it for 360 degrees. I have never seen a 360 degree TV antenna except a short range vertical rod on a portable.
Question:	Do you need a pre amplifier with this antenna
Answer:	No sir. We live 28 miles E/SE from Atlanta Ga. and get 25 channels with all the sub-channels along with them. I am using a Winegard LNA-200 along with a Yagi style Winegard antenna only because of the 130-foot coax cable length from the antenna to our OTA tuner down in our basement media room. Every 15 to 20 feet of coax run you use you get a drop of 1DB of antenna signal. Question:	Is anyone able to provide feedback on how this antenna works in a mountainous region 40 miles from transmitters
Answer:	I'm using this antenna in a remote, hilly, wooded area 49 miles from the main towers where they say reception is impossible. Most locals have huge big towers for their antennas. This is a retreat cabin and not our main home. We would have been happy to get one or two stations. We get about a dozen. We are thrilled with this antenna. We have friends with a similar setup and they bought the antenna on our recommendation. Same results and they're thrilled. Note: We both tried a preamp of the correct size for the antenna and it made the reception bad. Works fine for us without a preamp and as-is right out of the box. Of course, we both are only running 50' of cable with no splitters so if you're running 100' or more of cable and trying to feed 2-3 tv's, you would probably benefit from a preamp.Anyway, that's our experience. Yours may vary but worth a try.

Answer:	There are cables you can go from ear phone jack to rca that you order on Amazon and there are $10 converters to hdmi. I've done it with an older single DVD player with video coby tfdvd7751 , audio separate as ear phone size and went to rca and then to hdmi then to a WiFi dongle to stream video or mirror from my iPhone. Once my usb c to hdmi cable comes in I'm going to try out my Nintendo switch on my old screens

Answer:	Yes, the owner can put in a new rechargeable battery by removing small screws on the headset and separating it into two parts. I found replacement batteries on line, and they may be available at specialty stores such as Radio Shack. But not at general-merchandise stores.

Answer:	Check to be sure you're plugged into 'Audio Out" on your tv. Some older tvs don't have an audio out. If yours does not maybe its time to upgrade. I did and I definitely don't regret it. My Dad had this set of ears. He was almost completely deaf and and he wore them all the time. Well..when watching tv, anyway.
Question:	Did it help with understanding the dialog
Answer:	I have single sided deafness in one ear and substantial loss of hearing in the other. I use my TV Ears frequently and have found that the clarity that you hear through the ear set is exceptional. Answer:	Maybe. It's not that they don't work with flat screen TVs; that's misleading. The issue is what kind of audio outputs the TV has. We just got a new TV that only had digital output (there's exactly one audio output port, and it's a TOSLINK). The only way to know is to look at the TV specs. You can also get an adapter from that digital port to an analog port; they're about $20.

Answer:	Yes you can, but you should get a pre-amp booster, I got this one RCA TVPRAMP1R Preamplifier for Outdoor Antenna Performance Enhancement & Extension (use with ANT3038XR & ANT3036XR), Black. Helps with the signal loss. A must with two TV's. You will need a splitter. It is a single line out.

Answer:	The amplifier usually doesn't help reception. What it does is boost the available signal from the antenna to the receiving TV/outlets. I have a splitter with 8 drops from the indoor antenna (NOT this one...mine is an older DB2 model but it is likely it would work the same...providing a signal to many distant rooms) to the rooms in a 3000+ sq ft house. The antenna (in 2nd floor bedroom) is about 20 ft from the splitter input port (basement). From the splitter the lines go as far as 50'or more. The amplified signal provides rooms the over 30 channels (counting sub/side channels) that we get. Our house is on relatively high land with pretty good view of the broadcast towers. Works very well. Love it. Add things like Roku and Amazon Prime plus anything else you want to pay for...we don't have any more.
Question:	will it work with a splitter for two tvs
Answer:	Mine does. I have it in the main line where the cable used to come in. It goes to a splitter in my house that feeds all the TVs in the house. Very clear picture to all.
