Question:	Will a better antenna help in reception? Can you recommend one for indoor(non-portable) use
Answer:	A better antenna does improve efficiency. I've tried several different types of rabbit ears and the like but have had the best success with one of the "leaf antennas" (copy and use this link for Amazon search: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_0_5?url=search-alias%3Delectronics&field-keywords=leaf+antenna&sprefix=leaf+%2Celectronics%2C252). I use it at work and I am at the outer edge of reception and behind some hills. As one of the other answers stated with digital it is usually there or not. These leaf antennas seem to be able to pull in the weakest stations with not problems. Also, the power amplifier included with some of the versions also makes a difference. If you live with lots of clutter (trees, hills, buildings, etc) try one of the powered ones. Good luck.
Question:	What type of antenna is included? Is it a clip on? Is it two antennas in a "V"? Is it a magnetic base? Is it a single pole antenna
Answer:	I have a telescoping antenna from a previous HDTV OTA tuner that has a heavier and magnetic base, however, it doesn't have any better/worse reception than this "V" antenna, which is so flimsy, each individual antennae isn't strong enough to stay in any fixed "up" position. Because the antenna is removable, pickup a cheap larger HDTV antenna and give it a try.
Question:	I can watch NBC,FOX, CBS via TV antenna/AverTV - very clear pictures, but I get no signal for ABC which I can see clearly on my TV when I connect the antenna directly to the TV. Why?? Answer:	It will drive you crazy trying to find a logical explanation, OR a fix. Had this for a couple of years. GREAT at first, then started losing channels, then died about 6 months ago. Very common to find the same in reviews on other sites. So the good news is, NO contract...the Bad news is, you get to buy a new one every year, that's if you are lucky. Get used to it folks, many electronic devices that used to last for 10 years, now last less than one. But to answer you specifically, it makes no difference. Ran through splitter for the year that it worked, when it quit, I tried direct, new wire, cleaned antenna connections, many hours of work wasted. Not saying some may have used bad splitters, and a temp fix may be lucky for you. For more info, check newegg with 10 times the reviews. It has a %47 total, %28 1 or 2 star and only %16 4 star. Even that is misleading because so many post the review when they first set it up and don't bother when it fails. As much as I enjoyed how well it worked at first, I refuse to pay $50 a year to keep replacing them.

Answer:	We do not know if such DVD recorder available as the DVD recorder must have a TV tuner built in. We have something similar like a DVR with aerial TV tuner built in. It has a USB port built in so you can plug in a USB drive of your own for recording the antenna TV shows into digital files. But you can not put a blank disc for saving the recorded TV shows for disc production. If you are interested in such item, you can search "B01L9EPT60" which is the ASIN number for such Tuner with DVR function on Amazon.
Question:	Will this boost a signal for any non-amplified 150 ft antenna
Answer:	This recorder does not have a DVD tray. It can only record video into a USB drive of your own that needs to be plugged into the recorder. But you can use a DVD recoder or computer equipped with a DVD burner to copy the recorded video files onto blank DVD discs for your own disc production.

Answer:	Unfortunately this DVR adapter does not have direct playback function. So you can record an incoming video into the USB drive of your own through this recorder and watch the recorded video played from a digital media player that can play the recorded videos stored in the USB drive.

Answer:	Tests show the Black Berkey filters remove up to 95% of lead and a host of other heavy metals.

Answer:	There's plastic in it (the screws) so that sets off prop 65. The Plastic itself is safe but in the manufacturing some things are used that aren't. Prop 65 is waay too vast to be useful.

Answer:	In an independent test done last year, the Black Berkey filter elements with the PF-2 attachments filtered out the following:Uranium: 100%Lead: 100%Mercury: 99.8%Cesium: 98.6%Aluminum: 86.6%Copper: 100%Arsenic: 100%Strontium: 100%Cadmium: 100%The test they performed in this case was only for heavy metals, so it of course filters out much more than just these things, as shown in other tests. This just highlights the heavy metals. Hope this helps!
Question:	Will it work with a fire stick plugged in
Answer:	It depends on how much water you filter & how many filters you use (2 or 4). Also, normal city water varies due to local water hardness. We fill up the filter 1 to 2 times per day (usually twice) with 4 & change them every 6 months, but if we didn't have kids, our filters would probably last us about twice as long. However, this is still cheaper than other filtering methods we've used & does a much better job.
