Answer:	It will be directional. Mounting it vertically would make it more omni-directional. Normally these antennas are rated for about 50 Watts but each brand has its own limits. It seems like 20 and under would be fine. VSWR should be considered; and it's a bit long for the FM broadcast band.

Question:	Do you need an RCA converter to make this antenna work
Answer:	Yes, if you have the coax screw-on type of antenna connector on the back of your radio. Not only are the connectors incompatible without the converter, the converter has a little transformer in it to adapt the 75 ohm connector on your radio to this 300 ohm antenna.

Answer:	This antenna is 300 ohm impedance, 75 ohm antennas use a traditional cable screw jack connection. Adapters for fm loop to cable connection are easily available.
Question:	My receiver has only two connectors for wires on the back of the unit. Can I just cut off the antenna clips and attach the bare wires
Answer:	That's what I did and it seems to work fine. However, the copper wire is very thin so if I had to do it over, I think I would just cut off one side of the clip and then insert the remaining half in the receiver.
Question:	What is the length of the cable to where it splits, and the length of each arm? My installation needs at least 6 feet to the split
Answer:	The lengths are determined by frequency mathematics, so I would suggest not altering it, but place your antenna leads onto a coax adapter and make your run from that using shielded coax. This antenna is 6' for the base of the "T" and the arms are 2' each, a total of 4' for the top.

Answer:	Yes you can, but you should get a pre-amp booster, I got this one RCA TVPRAMP1R Preamplifier for Outdoor Antenna Performance Enhancement & Extension (use with ANT3038XR & ANT3036XR), Black. Helps with the signal loss. A must with two TV's. You will need a splitter. It is a single line out.

Question:	Did anyone use an amplifier to help with reception? If so, what kind or type did you buy
Answer:	The amplifier usually doesn't help reception. What it does is boost the available signal from the antenna to the receiving TV/outlets. I have a splitter with 8 drops from the indoor antenna (NOT this one...mine is an older DB2 model but it is likely it would work the same...providing a signal to many distant rooms) to the rooms in a 3000+ sq ft house. The antenna (in 2nd floor bedroom) is about 20 ft from the splitter input port (basement). From the splitter the lines go as far as 50'or more. The amplified signal provides rooms the over 30 channels (counting sub/side channels) that we get. Our house is on relatively high land with pretty good view of the broadcast towers. Works very well. Love it. Add things like Roku and Amazon Prime plus anything else you want to pay for...we don't have any more.
Question:	will it work with a splitter for two tvs
Answer:	Mine does. I have it in the main line where the cable used to come in. It goes to a splitter in my house that feeds all the TVs in the house. Very clear picture to all.
