Answer:	Yes it will work fine. The antenna itself just gathers the signal and passes it along to your television. The antenna doesn't "see" any difference between an old analog signal and a newer digital HD signal. Although these days your older TV will need some kind of converter to handle the digital over-the-air signal. At least in the US, the older analog over-the-air broadcasting ended some years ago.

Question:	I plugged into my tvs and nothing happened? I have a toshiba and samsung HDTV. What am I doing wrong
Answer:	Mine is hooked up to LG HDTV. Not where I can look right now, but look at the instructions. Do you need an HDMI cord? I am really not good with this stuff. Know I didn't need anything extra. Just connected directly into my tv, but think instructions did mention a HDMI connection. If your instructions don't work, you might just google how to connect a indoor antenna to your Toshiba and again to your samsung HDTV. Good luck. Answer:	I am not sure - I live in a big city and though my apartment is on a lower floor, I have not had any trouble getting reception. In fact, the picture is very clear, and I get many channels! It may not depend so much on being near a city as being near a tower that transmits signals. You should check to see which is the nearest tower.
Question:	Will i get a 58 miles away signal
Answer:	To know what stations you can get and what kind of antenna you need to get them, put in your address in antennaweb.org. That site will give you a color coded list of available stations for your address, how far away each tower is, degrees from center. When you click on each station, there will be a popup telling you what kind of antenna you'd need to get that station. 58 miles away is pretty far. It would be my guess you'd need an outside antenna for that distance. But it also depends on terrain between you and the towers, where your tv is in your house, if there's a window nearby, direction your tv room faces, the strength of the signal from each tower, and other factors. It's a system where you have to just try different things to see what works for your conditions. I use indoor antennas. I prefer NONamplified ones plugged into separate ampts, so I can remove the amp if I want. I get a lot of stations; all of my towers are less than 25 miles away. My tv room faces the direction of where the towers are, and there's a window 3 feet from my tv. I'm lucky. Urban settings are more likely to be that way.

Answer:	After installation, you must perform a channel scan using the instructions found in your TVs user manual. To ensure you receive the maximum number of channels available you will need to experiment re-positioning the antenna and performing another channel scan on your TV. Question:	Is the coaxial cable permanently attached to the antenna or is it a separate cable that can be switched out for a better one
Answer:	To get digital channels (which are about all you can get nowadays), you will need a digital converter box with your old tv. You plug this into the digital converter box, and the converter box into your tv. If by some chance a station is broadcasting in analog near your house, you could get those stations in without a converter box. Currently, there are no analog stations where I live as it is costly for a station to broadcast both analog and digital.

Answer:	I would not put a nail into it, I do not know if you can or not, what I would do is add just enough superglue to make the tape sticky enough on both sides to hold the antenna into place or put two nails into the wall sticking out far enough you can put the bottom of the antenna on the nails leaning backwards to balance itself to stay.
