Answer:	You can stay dry, no problem. The rocket launches with a bicycle pump that you use your foot to pump. The hose tubing puts you about 8 ft or so away from the rocket.
Question:	Amazon says it has a max power of 10w but Baofeng has it at 5w. which is correct
Answer:	This does not come with a pump, but you can use most pumps, even ball or toy pumps. We used a Spalding 12" Dual Action Pump which I normally keep around for pumping up basketballs... it's only about $7 on Amazon and is way more portable / easy to stick into a backpack with the rest of the rocket kit (and a gallon milk bottle full of water for fuel). A good 4-6 pumps with the Spalding will launch the rocket even when the stopper is on pretty tight. One of the three little plastic plugs that connects to the hose is threaded and will screw right into the Spalding pump's top, the same part that a pump needle would normally screw into... so if you have a pump that can take a screw-in needle adapter, it should fit with one of the three plastic adapters included in the kit.

Question:	How would you best use this antenna in a desert where there are no trees
Answer:	That is a great question. We like one idea a person used. Get the longest fiberglass folding tent rod you can find. It is light and folds into a backpackable size. Drill a hole near the top and tie three nylon strings for guy wires. Use simple l style tent stakes and drive them into the sand. Then run the pole up until you have enough tension to hold it in place until the proper adjustments are made. This is assuming you are by yourself.
