Answer:	Regular Castor oil I use is from IQ Naturals this stuff isn’t thick but otherwise I’ve had hair loss because I weld and had a rag on my head under the helmet and after applying IQ Naturals to my scalp I can happily say my hair is growing back. Just leave it in overnight and shower in the morning it does deliver fast results and you will grow hair in areas where a root swells whether or not you are aware of its whereabouts hahaha.

Answer:	I still enjoy using this product. I read that applying castor oil on brown skin spots over time can reduce them. I had one on my shoulder that I would lightly exfoliate while in the shower and then apply the oil. After about 3 weeks it's almost gone! I'm going to start using it on other spots.

Answer:	My wrist is 6 1/4" and wear the band on the 4th hole from the watch face. There is length on the band remaining, but not so much to be annoying. Your 11yr old should find it a good wrist fit.
