I don't make size 18-24 months because the differences between size 18-24 months and 2 years is only the length (longer by 1/2") Industry separate these sizes because of the potty training reason (size 18-24 month has more diaper room for bottoms and they assume size 2T without diaper room). if you want loose fit so that you can put long sleeves in, pick size 3T :) it will just be longer on the armhole and body and little wider. -Thank you! Answer:	You should get 4T as it's longer on the body length but not too much wider than 3T. In most cases, getting bigger size would have issue with sleeves being too long but this is a sleeveless tank so you have nothing to worry about it. Thank you, Jiji- Owner
