Answer:	Yes she didn't like the hood, my Puppy would shake her head until it was down. But I think it still helped to keep her warm around her neck. Answer:	I don't know why it is called a Wind Parka. I do know that it fastens on very securely on my Chihuahua, who is an escape artist. The heavy duty Velcro keeps the coat tightly closed. The ring for the lease is attached to the coat on the outside so no moisture or air can enter through the lease hole. I am really happy with the coat we purchased for my dog and she seems to enjoy it as well. (except for the hood, she hates anything on her head)

Answer:	I was reading the inside label 97% Polyester and 3% Spandex, but it feels like cotton. It is soft not rough on the skin and it is slightly thick material. It does feel good on a summer's eve or during the day and you can wear it with a cardigan waist length to dress it up. I hope I answered your question.

Answer:	I would say yes. Even when I took them out of the package they were not wrinkled or creased. Actually travelling this weekend and I am going to give them a test run. So, far I am confident I will look great when I get there.
