Answer:	They may have stocked too many pair in tan, or that color was being discontinued. Black shoes are usually the last color of shoes to go on sale because they're versatile & ordered frequently.

Answer:	Yes there are free returns on this item.. Clarks' are well-made shoes and well worth the money.

Answer:	I’m not 100 percent sure but I believe they are made in China and some other Far East countries. But I will say these are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn.

Answer:	Yes, it runs true to size. The shoes are very comfortable.
Question:	How do you get the packing wrinkles out of these? I tried washing them to no avail
Answer:	I have Cobb Hill Petras in three different colors because they fit so comfortably and wear so well. The labels in the black and brown ones read 'leather upper' and 'balance man made', but the label in the metallic gray pair (don't recall the color name) reads 'man made upper' and 'balance man made'. I was not aware of the difference until this question because they all have similar appearance, comfort and have worn equally well over several months. The metallic Petras are fully lined inside, just as the others are, and have not lost their shape or comfort, even wearing them without socks during the summer.
Question:	Do these pants require ironing after wash
Answer:	Letters indicate the width of the shoe. B(M) means average or medium; lower letters, such as "A" means narrow and higher letters, such as "C" mean wide.
Question:	When will the taupe be back in stock

Question:	How stiff is the sole
Answer:	The Petra 9 is a whole wheat flour.
Question:	Can these be cleaned in the washing machine
Answer:	Italy grades flour thus: 00 is really really white and 04 is rather closer to whole meal. This flour has some whole unground wheat berries so is not similar to 00.
Question:	How is the arch support in this shoes? I need to wear high arch orthopedic shoes but i can get away if the shoes have enough support
Answer:	I don’t know how cool the cotton pants that you’re looking at would be, so I’m not qualified to make a comparison, but I do know these polyester pants are super light, airy and cool. I don’t think you would be disappointed in them.
