Answer:	On keens web page there is a conversation table for men's and women's so you can get the right size.

Answer:	I don't know what the ee, stands for but I ware size 11regular width and the insole that says it's 11-12 regular width fits perfectly.

Answer:	I use them as replacement soles. An addition would be too thick.

Answer:	I talked to Keen customer service directly about this. She said that the K10 is the basic show sole and is what comes in the boot/shoe from the factory. The K20 is an upgraded version of that sole. I really recommend the upgraded K20 sole, it is very comfortable even though it is a little more expensive.

Answer:	Hello! Sometimes that happens depending on what type of shoes you are wearing. Some of our customers have put dryer sheets in between the inserts and the shoe and that helps reduce the squeaking. Hope this helps!
Question:	free returns if they don't work
Answer:	Yes they can be used in walking shoes, in fact, I find they fit better when used in this way. I find dress shoes with laces are the best way to use the inserts. They are too tight for my dress loafers.

Answer:	If you wash them it should renew tackyness. I’m not as pleased as I thought I be, they didn’t stay in like I thought they should and I personally would prefer them to be thicker for better support. Transparency is great for sandels.

Answer:	I have a wide foot too. but I also like toe room in my shoes for those high impact workouts. I ordered these and I felt they were short and not truly a wide. The outer edge seemed to turn in sooner making the pinky toe uncomfy.

Answer:	Hi,Sorry for the late reply. I have a Saucony which I used for Zumba before I bought the Ryka. I find it more difficult to do moves like turning, twisting and pivoting. There are times when I almost tripped. Maybe it's just me. After I bought the Ryka, recommended by my Zumba instructor, I do not encounter such problem anymore. From my understanding, Ryka shoe base has a circle at the ball of the feet which helps you to turn, twist or pivot much easier & smoother. I personally find that it fit my feet well and has more cushioning than my Saucony. This makes wearing them comfortable. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I have very high arches and need the arch support. As far as I am aware I don't have supination/underpronation, but they have been very good for the arch support..

Question:	Does the asics gel venture 7 have good arch support? i am returning a different asics style because seems more for flatter feet
Answer:	This shoe has been a gift! I’ve tried many other brands in order for find support, function and style. I have plantar fasciitis and I’m in my feet all day. This shoe is the only thing I wear so I bought two pairs! I highly recommend.
Question:	Are these shoes good for plantar faciitis
Answer:	It has nice cushion but not high arch support. I found it runs narrow but a very comfortable sneaker the 1080p are a bit more comfortable.

Answer:	I sent it back because it was uncomfortable for me. I didn't even walk on it. as long as you return at the given date. and is direct from amazon there is no problem for me.
Question:	The colors are incorrect on a couple of pairs of shoes. Customers are getting the wrong color sent to them
Answer:	I bought this in a 9.5 wide and I have the same issues. They are very comfortable. My problem is that where the hammertoe is, it started to wear thru the shoe itself since it is very thin and porous. I think the inner liner slipped down with walking and where my toe is, it is wearing thru. This happened on my first wearing. Maybe I just got a defective pair but check closely before wearing. They are very cute on my feet and the peach color is very nice.

Answer:	The last pair of Asics I purchased were mostly black and came from Z thru Amazon. The insert was thin and there was no arch support that I need. They were sent back.

Answer:	Love these shoes and for me I only get the ones with the white sole. I do not like the beige or the black sole. White are more youthful and they are a sporty look. I like my shoes looking fresh and if I think my white soles are looking dirty, I will just scrub the sides of the sole, plus if you get them really dirty you can run them through your washing machine and they are like new.

Answer:	The insole does adhere to the shoe, but it is very easy to remove in order to o out in your own orthotics. I ordered these for my sister who has plantar fasciitis so basically that she couldn't even stand in her feet. She doesn't even need her prescription insert in this shoe.

Answer:	No, this shoe does not have memory foam insoles, but they are very comfortable(to me).

Answer:	Decent but not great. When I used it out of box however it CAUSED a plantar fasciitis problem. I think that condition is partly caused by poor support in general, not just arch. I put some inexpensive full foot gel supports however and that mostly solved the problem. I STILL prefer my Saucony Excursion TR8' s however (my original review said 7 but I was mistaken, they were 8's). If you can find the 7's or 8's anywhere, I recommend them.

Answer:	It does not offer much arch support on its own, but it takes insoles from Fleet Feet well. I have severe Plantars Fasciitis that took 3 months to get under control. I have worn these new Saucony sneakers for a week now (replaced previous Sauconys) and my foot has not hurt all week. The conjunction of these shoes and insoles work like a charm. Support and stability at its best.
