Replaced shoe liner and Wow! So comfortable for 18 hours. Sturdy sole makes pronation near impossible. Likely Supination too, but I can't speak to that. Love this shoe! Ordered 4 colors total. I'm a 7 wide and the 7 gave me room in toebox, not too much, just enough. With high arches, the "sock" part is a bit snug, I can only wear thin socks. Which is fine, I live in warm climate. Hope this helps!

Answer:	T9 is not a reference to size. It is a partial reference to type, operation, & size of the bulb as in T10, T12 etc. This number helps reference ballast type also. The "12" in your description should be the closest reference to size as in 12 inches. Check to see if the diameter, outside to outside, of your bulb is close to 12 inches. I expect it will be. Any T9 will not work as some will not be the correct size to fit your fixture. Some will be 8", some 9" etc. in diameter. It appears you need a bulb that is approx. 12 inches in diameter and is a T9 type. That would be listed as 12T9. The first two letters before twelve will sometimes vary by manufacturer, but usually stand for something such as Fluorescent Compact, "FC". FC12T9. Your bulb has a warm light in the 2700k range. The 4100K range is the school or business office "cool white". Make sure you get the color and "feeling" you want. Many fluorescents are listed as FC12T9CW. CW is for cool white, not what you are currently replacing. good luck.

Answer:	As M. Carter said the key difference between the 32030 T6 and the 32032 T6 is the wattage - 30 Watt vs 32 Watt. Otherwise the size of the bulbs is the same. One has to check the wattage on the ballast to see if one can replace a 32030 T6 with a 32032 T6. But what I will add to his answer, per TCP customer service, is that you can use a bulb that is rated up to 2 watts more than what is the spec on the ballast. In my case my ballast said it was 30 watts so I could use the 32032 T6 bulb instead of the 32030 T6 (TCP customer service confirmed this). I too could not find a 32030 T6 on line or in a near by store.

Question:	These shoes came up under a search for 'negative heel shoes'. Are they
Answer:	I just tried on a pair of these in a store, to see what size I needed since I haven't tried this brand yet. I normally buy 10 in athletic shoes. But the 10 in this was too snug and my toe hit the end of the shoe...11 was too big and my foot was swimming in them. So I came to Amazon to order the 10.5 since I can't find the 1\2 size in a local store.
Question:	Are the Roxy Bayshore slip-on women's shoes machine washable
Answer:	They don't have any support - you are not going to get support from a shoe that is predominately mesh in the upper. There is nothing to keep your foot from pushing out from the sides, and to be a good walking shoe, you need that side support. Also, the support for the arch is lacking and the foot bed is squishy. Others say they are comfortable, just don't plan on doing any real walking in them.
Question:	You guys restocking the tiedye looking shoe
Answer:	They run small. Since they offer 1/2 sizes, I suggest ordering a 1/2 size larger than normal. Wish I had done that. Returned but did not rebuy because the price increased.
Question:	What does the (M) mean next to sore size
Answer:	Not, I have bought several pairs, and they were nice and comfortable.
