Question:	Is going up a size a good idea or or they true to size
Answer:	I ordered the close toe version and found those true to size. Along the inside of the shoes I could feel the seem along the bottom was narrower than my foot which was really annoying due to the wedge being narrower than the canvas section of the shoe. I have never encounter that with any shoes I have ever purchased before. I have arch supports so one I put them in, I could no longer feel that; so glad! Other problem I found is that the front is not a rounded end so my little toes were rubbing and after several hours of walking, I developed blisters on my little toes; ouch. However, I should be able to stretch them. Found them very comfortable other than that. Unfortunately I have not found them in stores but it would have been nice to try the next size up but worried they might be too loose and rub more. It is soft canvas so will be easy to stretch them. I purchased them to wear with my Harley Quinn outfit but they can be worn anywhere any time and I was getting compliments on how cute they were. Hope this helps. If you get them and feel the bottom is annoying, I would recommend shoe inserts, memory foam is my favorite, Walmart sells them.
