If you don't like the shoes or they don't fit, you will have to pay for return shipping. These shoes were not wide enough for me and I now have to pay $16.00 to return them. I feel that if you are going to sell something as fit-sensitive as shoes online, you should offer free returns.

They're really lovely shoes, yet too wide for my "B" width feet. I am a HUGE fan of Fit Flop sandals (the flip flop type that go between toes and are decorated with embellishments - own approximately 45 pair), yet every other style I've ordered is simply too wide, even when ordering a size smaller. On loafer styles, heel bed is too wide while toe bed is too narrow. Hope this information is helpful! My favorite style is the "cha-cha" sandal....only wish they came in vibrant summer colors!!!
