Answer:	I wouldn't call them negative heel, but I find them to be zero drop, and as minimalist as I can find in a non-minimalist branded shoe. The arch is really only molded on the outside of the sole, but the insole is very nearly flat--flat enough to function as flat to my foot. Super comfortable for those looking for a barefoot/minimalist shoe. I wish the toe box was a smidge bigger, then they'd be perfect.
